GoogleSeymour’s have been brilliant from start to finish - it’s been a very rocky road for almost a year but no fault of theirs. They have been proactive good communicators friendly and forceful where necessary! Simon and Clive from the progression team have been there for us every step of the way ! GoogleChris and his team at Seymours in Burpham, handled my sale and purchase, which completed in February this year. They were helpful, supportive and communicative throughout the whole process. This helped take away a certain level of stress, in what is generally a very stressful process. They marketed my house very discreetly (at our request), found me new buyers extremely quickly when one pulled out, and achieved close to asking price every time. They were extremely accommodating with our purchase, very helpful on all enquiries and very happy to accommodate repeat visits to the property while we waited on exchange and completion. We have used Seymours in Burpham for every sale and purchase of properties since 2013 (4 sales, 4 purchases) and will continue to do so every time! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough for anyone looking for a smooth process in the purchase or sale of a property.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend Seymours Knaphill highly enough. We chose a multi-agency approach and worked with five different estate agents during our sale. Seymours was by far the standout, consistently generating the most meaningful activity and always feeling genuinely invested in helping us get the right outcome. A special shout-out to Aaron, who was fantastic throughout. Selling in this market was much tougher than we expected, and there were definitely moments where he was the one keeping us sane! He stayed positive, supportive and proactive from start to finish. I’d also like to mention Jemima, who was brilliant. She took the time to really get to know our house and remembered all the little details that made it special. Her professionalism, care and enthusiasm during viewings were a world apart from many of the other agents we met along the way. A huge thank you to the whole team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seymours Knaphill.

GoogleI would like to share a really positive experience I had with Aaron Stone in Seymour’s Knaphill. Having seen over 50 properties with many different estate agents. I secured a property with a different agency who I had a really unpleasant experience with. I was extremely jaded and explained everything to Aaron who was really empathetic, took the time to listen and show me properties that he knew I would consider Instead of bombarding me with every property on file. I found a home and did proceed with Seymour’s. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone embarking on the stressful process of finding a home.

GoogleThey found us our dream home! A huge thank you to the whole team, especially Louie, who has the patience of a saint 😅. For the best part of a year, he checked in with us every week, sent through countless properties, kept us updated, and never once made us feel pressured. There were definitely times when we thought we'd never find the right place, but he never gave up on us. Luke, Clive and Jules were brilliant as well and just great to deal with throughout. And a special mention to Maddie, who showed us around so many houses over the months and always made us feel welcome, including the one we ended up buying! Even the purchase process was smooth from start to finish, including with the conveyancers they recommended. Honestly, we couldn't be happier.

GoogleI met Charles Newman of Seymour's estate agent- Guildford, on Tuesday 21st April. He was booked to show me round a prospective house to purchase. He arrived promptly, was very personable and also professional throughout the visit. Two days later, we decided to make an offer on the house. Charles' handling of our offer was efficient and in due course, we received confirmation that our offer had been accepted. This was a fast moving case, helped along by Charles' input. The overall experience was just about perfect, I can't praise Charles and Seymour's highly enough!

GoogleVery poor experience overall. The property was in poor condition from the start (unclean, flaking paint, large crack in the wall) and had ongoing issues with damp, mould, heating. Many appliances had to be repaired or replaced during our tenancy. Communication was slow and issues were often ignored. We were also incorrectly billed due to a shared water meter.
That doesn't sound great, but the review you've written is for Seymours Lettings which is actually a different company from the company you've reviewed. We are a sales company and this sounds like a tenancy issue. The google site you've added a review for is for the sales company Seymours Estate Agents (Guildford) Limited.

Annalise Beer was nothing but helpful and understanding as to my requirements and being positive to finding a property which suited. This included multiple visits and multiple properties on each day which suited my search. I felt she has an excellent, personable manner, both prompt and knowledgeable of her field. Thank you!

GoogleFound our ideal home in Guildford marketed by Seymours of Guildford. Finally completed despite issues arising within the chain. However, Seymours were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process from the early stages of placing an offer to completion. Clive Gee was particularly helpful and proactive in monitoring progress and resolving problems with our purchase. Consequently, I would highly recommend Seymours for their professionalism throughout the purchasing process.
