GoogleWe recently moved into our new home acquired with the help of Seymours Knaphill team. We found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and above all patient unlike some of the other agents we dealt with. We dealt directly with Jeff, Ian and Krisy and I could not recommend them enough. Thanks guys we appreciate all you did for us.

GoogleThis estate agent is so amazing. We were only purchasing from them but they helped us so much with negotiating and advice. If I did it all again I would be using them to sale my property as well cannot rate them high enough

GoogleSeymours gave me and my family exceptional and personal service throughout a long and difficult sale. Their service was reliable, friendly and professional. They gave honest, fair and realistic advice which was particularly valuable as the housing market became quite turbulent during this time. Through their negotiations we concluded the sale with all parties happy with the final outcome.

GoogleWe purchased our 1st property through Seymour’s Estate Agents Knaphill in 2013, the levels of service provided by Jeff and wider team to re sell in 2023 was amazing alongside the onward purchase of a property they were also listing. GoogleI have recently sold my house in Farncombe with Seymours who were strongly recommended as a friend had used them before. Andy and the team have been very helpful with any issues throughout the sale to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible both on my behalf and the purchaser. I was very impressed with the brochure and photographs used to sell the house. I am now using the Haselmere branch of Seymours to buy myself another property .

GoogleWe used Seymours for our house purchase and the team were fantastic throughout the whole process - very helpful and approachable! I particularly liked that they were always available to answer any phone calls/email queries on demand and helped us thoroughly throughout the process. The process has been smooth and Seymours were able to recommend solicitors and surveyors for our new home. Special thanks to James and Anna for helping me throughout the initial process of putting an offer down on a property and guiding me through the next steps. Also special thanks to Kirsty for all her help towards the end of the process and wrapping up exchange for us - Kirsty went the extra mile to keep us posted day by day on where we were at with the sale, and was there to help out at all times.
