GoogleKudos to the team at Knaphill and Woking. Appreciate it. Recommended. Well structured and mannered dealings and communication. Posses ownership of the house hunt. Appreciable support in finding homes and suggesting available ones understanding what client is looking for. Readily reachable via email/ phone. Certain issue i found is some comments made in viewing are not true. Certain confirmations are made by assuming (may be this is person specific). So do confirm any such comments via mail and keep that as evidence in black&white so can vouch if any discrepancy later. Other than that haven't got any concerns or bad vibe with the team or the POC i was working with. Seymours was patient with the processing and did helped me on all my queries and handled well all the transactions with the sellers and conveyance.

GoogleSeymours at Knaphill really are the best. They made the whole process so efficient. They are all very experienced and very organised. Andrew did a great job of finding us relevant properties to view then Sandra ensures everything goes smoothly between offer acceptance and completion. We intend to use them when we eventually move on from this property

I viewed the property yesterday evening, and today he secured the sale, really responsive and thorough, very easy to deal with and super helpful, highly recommended definitely the best estate agent I've dealt with in Surrey

GoogleI keep getting the newsletter from Seymours even when I have asked them to take me off the subscription list. I tried to unsubscribe several times but the emails are sent from different id's I complained to the Sales Director but to no avail. The only option I have is to complain to ICO
