GoogleBed experience as they supported the landlord in charging for damage to a door frame that had split due to the dilapidated condition of the property. The property was extremely tatty and in a poor state of repair the door frame had actually split as it hadn't been painted for years yet the landlord justifies charging in excess of £140 to repair it. The carpets were dirty when it was yet and yet they charged to clean them again at the point of exit, the garden outbuilding was dangerous due to its subsidence and damp was present through out the house.

GoogleEnjoyable ..and very Professional from the first moment that I appointed Seymours in Farnham to sell a site with development potential in Aldershot .Nothing was ever too much bother for them and although my main point of contact was Suzanne who was extremely helpful throughout the sale ,all members of the team did everything that they could to make the sale as painless as possible ..which they certainly achieved.I would certainly recommend them to anybody looking for an Estate Agent in Farnham and the surrounding area .11 out of 10 in my opinion .
