GoogleA professional and thorough service was provided from start to finish during the sales process. No complaints whatsoever. A few "tiresome issues" were experienced with the solicitors, Simply Conveyancing. We eventually got "over the line", mainly thanks to the efforts and input of Clive Gee at Seymours. Cheers Clive!

GoogleWe returned to Seymours after a spell with another estate agent as we felt their local knowledge and location would be to our advantage. A change of management and refreshed team, has made a massive difference. We felt that the way the team familiarised themselves with the house before viewings was an excellent strategy. It was also helpful that they were honest about the state of the market and our expectations, which eventually led to our sale. Chris was also helpful in advising us of a strategy to negotiate our onward purchase. The sales progression service through Andie has been vital in achieving exchange. Her attention to detail and diplomatic management of relationships across the chain has helped us through the stressful process of selling and buying a house. Thank you to the whole team!

GoogleI originally picked another agent over Seymours, but despite this Seymours kept in contact with me regularly to check on progress. I decided that if they could be that (politely!) persistent without me being a customer, it would be worth seeing if they could sell my house as a customer... and they did! I don't want to name people as I will forget someone, but the whole team were friendly and helpful. The sales team were knowledgeable about my property when showing potential buyers. I got regular updates on progress and when there were the inevitable delays in the chain, they followed up to make sure things got moving (literally!). Thanks Seymours!

She played a key role in the progression of our chain and was absolutely instrumental in getting things over the line. Kirsty worked incredibly hard, taking the lead in managing the chain from both ends and keeping us well informed throughout the most critical stages of the process.
