GoogleWe have sold 2 properties with Seymours over that last year and both times we have been extremely pleased with their service. The sales team were really proactive in generating viewings and kept us informed along the way. A special mention should go to Andie Bartett in Sales Progression as she went above & beyond on both occasions to ensure the sales went through. Without her diligence and perseverance the transactions would have certainly fallen through.

GoogleI've bought and sold with Seymours Burpham, great team - always friendly, courteous and approachable. Excellent at helping out with the back and forth with solicitors, and with the various issues/questions that arise from the process. Viewings are well organised and secure. Advice around market value, offer negotiation and such is honest and not done to drive up commission. 100% would use Seymours again!

GoogleWe have recently sold our house with Seymours West Byfleet and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. The house selling process in this country is not famous for being smooth but the team handled it with professionalism and diligence. A special shout out to Kirsty on the sales progression side, she is an absolute superstar and I honestly don't think we would have made it without her. A first class team. If you're looking to buy or sell in the area don't bother looking at anyone else.

Charity Holden led a great team, understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect place to move to while securing the right buyers for our property. It was a long process (which was out of everyone's hands) but communication was always great. Clive Gee who handled Sales Progression also patiently fielded many of our questions (and there were a lot!) and made sure to get us the answers we needed where he was able to do so and keep us up to date. Our sincere thanks go to Charity and the whole team. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWow, what a team! i have dealt with every agent in the area and Seymours are a level above! From Natalie to Ronnie and finally Danielle and Kirsty. I have nothing but positive things to say- selling is a stressful process and safe to say i was hard work but they stayed on top of everything for me and i never felt like i was bothering anyone. Thinking of selling? use these guys!

On the sales side, the two Matt’s and Lucy were fantastic at ensuring the property was well marketed and we got plenty of viewings, in addition to swiftly following up on potential sales. Kirsty was brilliant at getting the sale over the line, ensuring that all parties were kept in the loop throughout and resolving any queries. It’s been a pleasure to work with the West Byfleet branch and we will definitely be recommending them to any friends/family looking to buy or sell in the area in the future.

Perhaps the reason is that I am disabled and receive benefits, even though my partner works. If that's the case, then shame on you. I am very disappointed.
