GoogleThere are times when you need to have an estate agent to be on their "A-Game", which is exactly how Tom performed when completing a valuation at my father's house. He attended to the valuation with a high degree of professionalism and compassion as he completed a probate valuation. He spent the time to listen to my father's stories and was the type of person you would want to be there. The valuation and all communications were completed and delivered to a very high standard. I would highly recommend speaking with Tom next time you come to sell your house or need help in establishing an accurate valuation.

GoogleWe viewed a series of properties with Seymours this weekend which could have been a stressful experience. Both Emma and Sophie were professional whilst being friendly and open about the various properties we saw. In particular, Emma had a great knowledge of the area having grown up here which was a lovely touch. We have arranged second viewings on three properties for next week and are looking forward to hopefully buying our next home through Seymours!

GoogleI recently sold my property through Seymour’s Burpham office, and I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially Andie Bartlett. The sale took over six months and was part of a complicated process. There were many parties involved, and the chain broke once, making everything even more stressful. Coordinating the exchange and completion was a real challenge due to ongoing issues on our side, and at times, it felt like the sale might fall through completely. Throughout all of this, Andie was truly exceptional. She managed the expectations of everyone in the chain with professionalism and care, kept the transaction on track, and held the chain together when it was at risk of collapsing. She was also incredibly responsive, always replying on the same day, and her commitment and calm approach made a world of difference. She went above and beyond to make sure this transaction reached completion, and I’ll always be grateful for her support. I can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone navigating a difficult or complex sale.
