Andy and his team have been absolutely fantastic throughout my house sale. I met with four estate agents in total, and Andy really stood out, he came fully prepared, having clearly researched my local area and comparable properties. He took the time to understand my anxieties and was incredibly reassuring and supportive every step of the way. I can see why Seymours are so highly regarded in the area, I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Seymours Horsell took on the sale of my Parents house in Horsell in May 2025 - and got the exchange over the line yesterday. We’ve viewed several properties in the Woodham, Woking and in particular Horsell. We had a fantastic experience with Seymour’s Estate Agents in Horsell. Serena was brilliant from start to finish, really knowledgeable about the Horsell area and always quick to follow up with sellers to get answers to our questions. She gave us great local info about schools and transport, and her team of show-round guides were professional, friendly and well informed about the houses they were showing and the sellers situations and aspirations. You can tell she runs a really well-organised office. Would highly recommend Seymour’s Horsell if you’re buying or selling locally, they truly go above and beyond!

I cannot recommend Seymours Addlestone branch highly enough. Whilst we did not select Seymours initially, we came back to Seymours after being disappointed with our original choice. They welcomed us back confirming why they really are the No 1 in Addlestone and surrounding areas..... I dealt with Natalie Knight and she was absolutely brilliant - if only we had gone with Seymours from the beginning. Seymours achieved a sale quickly and when things got rocky during the conveyancing we had fantastic support. We dealt with most of the team at the Addlestone branch, as mentioned Natalie (brilliant), Ronnie, Charlotte and Michelle in fact everyone we came in to contact with was superb. If you want to sell your house with a dedicated professional team you know where to go...

Aaron Stone has been exceptional in supporting my search for my family's next home. I found Seymour’s Estate Agents unprofessional throughout my sale. The property wasn’t properly presented to buyers, I only received one low offer which they seemed happy to push through, and no effort was made to secure better offers. The completion was slow, I had to chase everything myself, and unbelievably no one even called to confirm when it was finally done. No follow-up, no survey, nothing. Very disappointing service. Apparently they only ask certain sellers to review.

As you’ll recall, your property was on the market with another agent for several weeks, and while you did receive a slightly higher offer at that time, it was declined. When we were instructed, the market had already tightened and experienced a noticeable slowdown. Despite these conditions, we carried out 12 viewings and secured an offer at over 97% of the asking price, which you were happy to accept. Our records show that Kirsty was highly proactive in progressing the sale and that regular updates were provided throughout the process. I would also like to clarify that we do not selectively request reviews from clients, anyone is welcome to leave a Google review at any time. We value honest feedback from all of our clients and use it to improve our service. If you’d like to discuss this further, we'll be happy to speak with you directly.

Their valuation was pretty spot on. The agreed sale went nowhere for months due to buyers solictors & they werent really on top of that (hence loss of 1 star) , BUT when Rowan the new sales progressor arrived he was excellent and it got resolved promptly & his communication & attention was superb. An asset to the team
