GoogleI recently purchased a property from Seymour's. The sale went very smoothly, and I was very impressed with the communication from the Seymour's team which was always extremely timely and efficient. I liaised in the most part with Sandra, who was great throughout the process.

GoogleGood and helpful estate agents. Prioritised us to let us know when houses came on the market that they thought we'd like. Set a realistic (and ultimately achievable) asking price for our house. The customer liaison (Sandra) was particularly good to deal with.

GoogleProbably, one of the worst agencies we have to deal with. They don't get back to you even after a number of phone calls and emails. We have been waiting for our deposit to be paid back to us as they promised this will happen last week, still no sign of our money. We don't even know in which deposit protection scheme they put your deposit on. Numerous emails numerous phone calls, and nothing. Very frustrating and worrying thinking that they have £1,300 of our money!

GoogleGood service when you want to move in, terrible when moving out. Had a dispute over deposit repayment so they just stopped communicating with me instead of trying to come to an agreement. Haven't lived in the place for over a year and they still ring me asking if they can show people round the property!.

GoogleWe had a very poor experience purchasing our place through them. Bordering on rude at times (and we were the buyers), poorly organised and chased constantly when progressing through contracts etc. Wouldn't use again if at all avoidable.

Googleexperiencing what they are like to try and buy a house from, I would never consider selling through them, as they didnt really seem to have the buyers interest in mind. Kept taking us to see places which didn't even vaugly fit brief.

GoogleReally approachable company. Have lots of knowledge of the area and they sold my property within 24 hours of instruction. Dan and Ben were really helpful and gave us honest advise about what offer to take. After sales team were also very helpful, in particular Mark D’Costa who went above and beyond to help the sale go through smoothly. Would 100% use again.
