They were very helpful in finding us a property but after we decided on one, they completely washed their hands of us. We had to phone them almost daily to get the contract signed. When we wanted to view the property again, they ignored our emails. Everything seemed to be too much effort. I will not be using them again.

This team know the Horsell market and we found them great to deal with. We bought our house from them, spoke to them whenever we bumped into them over the next four years, and then sold our house through them. We found them to be good fun, they gave good advice and, crucially, came back to us when we wanted them to. Thanks to Tom and James in particular.

After marketing my apartment with a number of different agents, I eventually moved over to Seymours. The number of viewings increased dramatically and in hardly any time at all I was able to accept an offer. Whilst the process since has not been easy and has taken far longer than I could have imagined, the Seymours team and in particular Clarissa have worked really hard to get my sale and subsequent purchase over the line. The communication channels have been good, and the service excellent as far as it could be! Would recommend highly.

Absolutely cannot fault. The communication has been excellent and I felt thoroughly looked after throughout the entire process. All very polite and done with a smile from every member of staff. I'm not always easy to deal with as I have high expectations but on this occasion they were fully reached.

Trying to book a viewing seems impossible and it seems only if you take days off work you will be able to suit their schedule. We contacted them to book a viewing the moment they uploaded a listing. We set a date and were waiting their confirmation as they said they couldn't find the current tenants to check their availability. They never called back, we had to chase them. One day before the scheduled appointment they informed us that the flat is no longer available! I am really disappointed as this is not the first time we have difficulties booking a viewing with this branch. Rhetorical question: why will I have to pay them a fee if I do the whole searching and chasing to arrange viewings??
