GooglePoor internal communication, consistently give tenants inconsistent information, operatives for inspections were often late and acted inconsiderately, agents organising views when we moved out ignored basic instructions like to call if they were going to be late or cancel, and not to let themselves in when I had said I would be there, leading to my having to chain the door when I was in alone. Charges are high, service is abysmal. Focus is entirely on landlords, tenants are treated as an inconvenience. Response times for critical maintenance are unacceptably long. Request are often not passed on accurately, leading to the wrong contractors being booked, or contractors arriving without the necessary parts or equipment. Use anyone else even if it means not getting your absolute dream home.

GoogleCompleted a house sale with Seymours in September 2019. They obtained a very good price for our home in a difficult market and intervened in a professional manner with an awkward conveyancer. My knowledge of them having lived in Burpham for over 10 years is that if you live in this area, then look no further. In my case they earned their crust!

GoogleSeymours have been managing the letting of my mother's house for 2 years and I have been very happy with their service. Changes of tenancy have been smooth and efficient and any issues arising with maintenance of the house have been promptly dealt with. I highly recommend.

GoogleWe worked with Jeff Pickett to purchase our home in 2018. We were nervous first time buys but he was a calming, patient influence. When it came time to purchase a home for my mother-in-law later that year, we contacted Jeff again. Sadly, this time, we were unable to complete via Jeff and Seymours but I valued his input and time yet again! Jeff is an asset to Seymours, he is professional, knowledgeable and really takes time to understand his buyers.

GoogleHaving just completed both a house purchase and a house sale with Seymours Burpham I have to praise this team for how professional and lovely they are! I've had some bad experiences with estate agents from big name companies in the past but Seymours are different. They're never pushy but they do work hard for you, plus they're realistic and don't promise you the earth on a plate without being able to deliver! Thank you Richard, Liam, Tracy and Jo. In the unlikely event that I ever decide to move house again I'll be coming straight to you ;)
