Don’t even consider another estate agent - seriously. I have bought and sold with Seymour’s, every time they have been brilliant. Certainly in Woking do not waste time looking at others. Luca sold to me and sold for me. I can not recommend enough. I have had properties in London and Cambridgeshire so have experienced agents in other location. Seymour’s spend time and effort, properly resolving issues and taking the time to make sure progress happened. Clarissa I have to mention also... particularly on my recent sale. Clarissa just got on with problem solving at times when it looked like it all was going to fall apart. If you want the best, who will go the extra mile irrespective of their fee, go with Seymour’s. A friend of mine agrees, she also used them when she bought a flat in the centre of Woking as I recommend :-)

Writing as a past tenant. Seymour’s seem fine through the searching and vetting process very responsive and helpful but as soon as you sign the contract and pay the service stops. We had many issues through our tenancy and Seymour’s were terrible at responding or assisting some that where never addressed and are now causing issues upon the lease ending. It’s even worse now we have moved out, we have been waiting 5 weeks for info on any deductions and our deposit to be returned. I will be avoiding properties managed by them in future.

We had a rental property in Brighton, but sold that and bought a property to let in West End. We thought the service we received from our previous managing agent was good, but Seymours in Woking are incredible! No matter how small the enquiry or question, everything is handled quickly and efficiently. Jenni, in particular, has been great, providing help and advice to us for several years. I recently purchased an investment property through Seymours and would definitely recommend their services. When I first visited them all the staff were very welcoming and from my experience of talking with most of the agents in Woking, had the best knowledge of the local property market. I’m an overseas buyer, I informed the team at Seymours the type of property I was looking to purchase and they found exactly what I wanted. They were very proactive during the process of the purchase and always kept me updated. Thanks to Diana who dealt with the sale, she was very accommodating to assist and help, especially as I was purchasing from abroad. She made the whole process run very smoothly. Also thanks to Luke from lettings. On the day of completion, he contacted me and had already found a tenant to move in the following week. I was very impressed the speed and professionalism. They took care of everything for me, to arrange and prepare the property in such a short space of time. I look forward to a continuous good working relationship with Seymours, now that I’m using their letting services. Just to update my experience with Seymours (24/03/19), now that I have been using them to let my property for the past almost 3 years. The service I have received so far has been faultless, they have always found good tenants to occupy the properly and so far I have not had a single void day. Since I have been assigned Senior Property Manager, Jenni Owen, as my person of contact. I have been very happy to work with her. Jenni is always very professional and courteous, quick to respond to any issues and resolves them promptly. I forward to continuing a good working with Jenni Owen, the Seymours Letting Department and would definitely recommend their services.

Definitely one to avoid if renting - We chose to rent through Seymours thinking we were making a good choice over other lettings providers present around the area seeing them as a reliable company, sadly we have been proven wrong time and time again. It appears that no essential checks were made before us moving in and we now live in a property where only 1 of four heaters work and there appears to be a fault where the dishwasher doesn't work properly too stopping minutes in to running a cycle (something we believe to be a problem with the plumbing). We also had a broken dishwasher and washing machine when we moved in and were not fixed until we contacted management, as our incredibly unempathetic property manager did very little about it. When passing on our concerns about these repairs our emails are often ignored for days on end, if responded to at all. A plumber came round (not giving us notice that he was coming over either) but was given the wrong information by Seymours so did not actually fix the problem. It just seems to be issue after issue with Seymours and it has been a very exhausting couple of months for us as a result.

I have had an extremely positive experience so far with the team at Seymours in Addlestone and about to complete a sale on my property which they sold in 3 days! Chris came round and gave a fair and honest valuation extremely promptly and marketed my property immediately. Charley took wonderful and genuine photos and produced a beautiful brochure promptly and Dan and Laura conducted all viewings in a friendly and professional manner without being pushy or hard sale. They vetted all offers meticulously and honestly and made me feel incredibly comfortable with their service and advice. If you're looking for a friendly and genuine team of people to sell your home or purchase a home, Seymours team and their Manager Chris keep you updated and give honest advice, I cannot rate this team highly enough.
