They are absolutely brilliant and helpful while they are trying to find you a place to rent however after the tenancy agreement is signed, then a completely different story begins. The management team are very un-supportive when it comes to deal with issues in the property. It takes weeks and weeks to sort out concerns regarding things important in the properties. Most of the time my property manager did not bother to answer my calls or give me prompt updates about the cases. I shared this person with other friends that rented with Seymours and their experience was the same. Every time it needs to be myself who asks about current status. It took us 4 weeks to have a new fridge, several weeks to fixed the oven (ongoing) and other issues were not to progress to a solution (water pressure). If you don't fall in love with a property rented by Seymour, my personal advise is to avoid them.

Recently sold our property through Seymours and they did a really good job. Through no fault of theirs, the sale was long-winded and complicated but Daniel did all that he could to help and ultimately offered a above and beyond service. Thank you for your help Dan and team.

We recently bought our new house through Seymours West Byfleet and couldn't be happier with service. Anna, Alex and the financial advisor Mike couldn't have been nicer. Anna and Alex linked seamlessly so there was no loss of communication. Alex pushed both lawyers and the vendor when things weren't progressing and kept us up to date and on track. Mike was a pleasure to work with and got us a great mortgage deal.

We previously purchased our house via Ben at Seymours and were very happy with the service provided, so when it came to selling it we chose Seymours again. Over the three months that it took to secure the sale we also engaged the services of two other larger agents. The number of viewings from Seymours exceeded the combined total of those from the other agents by a wide margin, so not surprisingly it was Seymours who made the sale. Both Ben and Joe put in the extra effort needed in this currently challenging property market and were reliable, communicative and very professional at all times. I would certainly use the Ripley branch of Seymours again and do not hesitate in recommending them.
