GoogleFrom Dawn first coming out to value our home to yesterday accepting an offer on our home,all the staff at Sarah Mains have been fantastic. They’ve kept us informed on feedback and offers etc and we’re very satisfied with the service of the full team. Hopefully sale goes through smoothly now we have accepted offer.Has taken less than 2 months to sell our home,thank you all at Sarah Mains.

GoogleFantastic service from Amy at Sarah Mains. House was marketed on a Friday and sold for full asking price on the following Tuesday. The photographer did a great job of photographing the rooms and the video of the entire property was amazing. Amy and everyone who I spoke to at Sarah Mains were friendly and knowledgeable which really helped the whole selling process.

GoogleHad a great experience with Sarah Mains both buying and selling with them. My initial contact was with Amy who came and valued my property, she was extremely kind and made me feel at ease about my first time selling a property. Jane then took over my case and she was incredible, often taking on the task of communicating with the rest of the chain when solicitors were falling short. She was empathetic and somehow maintained some of the excitement even though it was a very long legal process. Could not thank her enough.

GoogleMy Grandad has had fantastic service from Sarah Mains. Initially Amy come out to value his home and straight away he said i only want to sell with Sarah mains she was a lovely girl and give a fair price. He had so many viewings that we didn't expect and the house has sold for over asking. Every single person I have dealt with in Sarah mains have been so lovely and helpful. I couldn't reccomend enough. Thank you all for a very easy process.

GoogleI appointed Sarah Mains back in June to support me with the sale of my flat and finding a new property. I can't recommend them enough as I've received such high quality advice, care and attention at all stages of the process. I've worked with different individuals throughout the advertising, offer and sale progression stages and everyone has been incredibly knowledgeable, explaining things in a straightforward way (special thanks to Ashleigh, Kelly and Jane in particular). I wasn't particularly up to speed about selling a home and was nervous about navigating this, and they always took the time to talk me through things with understanding and patience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone embarking on a property sale.
