GoogleCan't speak highly enough of the professionalism and courtesy from the entire Sarah Mains team in Newcastle. I dealt with Graeme, Warren, Kelly and Rachael, and they not only communicated well with me but with each other, so you feel that everyone is working together in a really healthy way to move things forward. Ultimately they guided me with advice, clarity and negotiated fairly and simply on my behalf, keeping me updated with timely and efficient information. All you want when selling a property, is great communication, professional insights and people that are easy to talk to and they deliver across the board. Thanks to the team for selling our property so quickly and with zero hassle.

GoogleI would highly recommend Sarah Mains to any landlord looking for a letting agency. My situation is a bit unusual, but from the beginning Elliot Scott had a "can do" attitude and made everything very simple. Scott Thomas the valuer was very helpful and Miranda Stephenson as Tenancy Manager on day one is showing her worth - getting a plumber to quote for a new boiler as the old one is making alarming noises and not good for the tenants who took possession today. Thanks Sarah Mains!

GoogleSarah Mains have been managing my properties for a number of years now after a few attempts with different agents. It has made my life much easier in that there is a whole team behind you so issues get picked up quickly and moved on. A special metion to Claire Morris who makes sure the payments happen every month because, as a landlord, that's what you need at the end of the day!

GoogleI cannot fault the service we had from Sarah Mains from start to finish. The photographs and video taken to put on the property listing were very well taken and showed the property professionally. Viewings were organised with ease and the property was sold within less than a week. Donna was fantastic throughout the process and keeping us up to date, advising us where needed as we were both so new to the process. Donna is an asset to the company and we would certainly use Sarah Mains again due to the service provided.

As I wasn’t able to physically visit the site, they provided digital walkthroughs which were incredibly helpful and really put my mind at ease. Elliot, who supported me throughout the process, was absolutely fantastic, super accommodating, clear, and always happy to help. One thing I truly valued was how prompt the communication was. Unlike other agencies that took days to respond, Sarah Mains always replied swiftly and professionally. If I ever had to go through this process again, I’d 100% use their services and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to rent. Brilliant customer service from start to finish.

GoogleAwful customer service I am looking to buy an investment property in Whickham to add to my portfolio and have e mailed and phoned no response at all.My brother in law is trying to rent a property from them and has not heard a thing!!! Over a month now..... I would avoid if selling and avoid them if you are a landlord looking for a professional service go somewhere else.
