GoogleI walked into the office at Jesmond in June. This was the very first time I was making a physical enquiry about buying a property and the person I met, Lucy was warm, super helpful and encouraging. I left there with butterflies and a few months later we are now getting our very first property through Sarah Mains. What we love about Sarah Mains is how nice u can expect most of the properties they manage to be. Not sure why… but it just looks better than most 😆. A big shoutout to Lucy, Kelly, Donna and everyone who has supported us through the ups and downs of the home buying process. We are looking forward to getting our keys in the next few days. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.

GoogleMade an enquiry about property as had sold property via another agent. Really good conversations with the excellent Laura Conroy and Kelly Docherty, not to be on this occasion but a worthwhile exercise. Also must mention valuer Graeme Nicholson who gave great appraisal and spot on valuation of our property, we sold with another agent because of our long time loyalty to them, but it was no fault of Graeme who is excellent.

GoogleTotally out the blue we decided to sell our home after coming across other home I seen , Emma come out to do valuation , made it easy to understand the process , give us the valuation straight away and our options, few days later we put it on the market, every phone call to arrange a viewing we got told what position the viewer was in , after 9 weeks and 1 day we got our home sold lots of Communication in them 9 weeks ,

GoogleKate was incredibly helpful and let us view a couple of properties at very short notice. The recorded video tours are great, very detailed and helped us a lot as we had limited time in the area. Out of the three estate agents we had viewings with Sarah Mains was by far the best.
