GoogleI recently relocated from London to the Sunderland for a new job and didn't have long to find a new home. Elliot Scott was such a big help with this and couldn't have been more accommodating. His communication was fantastic and all of the necessary paperwork was sorted quickly. Elliot made sure my transition up North was seamless and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

GoogleAll of the Sarah Mains staff I have dealt with have been efficient, helpful and enthusiastic. They explain everything in detail and do exactly what they say they will. The marketing video and website brochure for the apartment were outstanding. I have nothing but praise for their efforts. Let’s hope it all leads to a quick sale.

GoogleAmy, Kelly and the team were great to work with when selling my flat. Everything was done so efficiently and promptly and they made everything feel very easy. Communication was great and we had viewings and an offer accepted within a week! Would definitely recommend Amy and the team to anyone selling their property!

GoogleImpressed, as with previous sales, with the presentation of the details and photographs of my home. I have never before sold a house as quickly.... The information was posted on the Friday, I had two couples viewed on the Saturday, on the Monday one couple offered and on the Tuesday another couple offered the full asking price which I accepted... Phew.
