GoogleI recently instructed Sarah Mains Estate Agents to sell my fathers house, I did my research and found Sarah Mains to meet my needs. The photographs and video of the house were great and I found the whole process very easy, all of the staff were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. GoogleI chose Sarah Mains to sell our property and it was sold within 3 days. The communication between the agent and ourselves was first class and the viewings were thoroughly vetted which meant there were no occasions where our time was wasted. The offer process was handled brilliantly and I felt confident that the Agent had our interests in mind. From advertising to completion the whole process has taken 12 weeks and we have been kept in the loop every step of the way. I found them to be professional and genuinely helpful and would recommend them 100%.

GoogleI saw three properties from Sarah Mains and all three were fantastic quality and great options for us. First a thanks to Elliot Scott - for being an outstanding lettings consultant and supporting my wife and I in finding our perfect home. His quick responses to emails and calls and guidance in completing our application was brilliant. Also a note for Kate who showed me around the properties and for her letting me take the time I needed to thoroughly look around all the houses. 100% recommend Sarah Mains and look forward to working with them again in the future.

She obviously knows what’s she’s doing and we were over the moon to get more than the valuation price. GoogleLived with them and had no problems until it came to moving out and they are refusing to return my deposit or even complete checks for them, would avoid!

GoogleSarah Mains have went above and beyond their expectations of being estate agents. Jane was consistent and the staff were extremely kind and professional. Due to our unforeseen circumstances of previous buyers dropping out 3rd time lucky. This didnt stop Jane and the staff and continued. I cant thank them enough and i feel thank you isnt enough. Will gladly recommend sarah mains to family and friends

She was always on the other end of the phone for any questions I had, and supported us the whole way.
