GoogleHonestly had the best experience. I got a few estate agents out to do an inital review of the house. Amy from Sarah Mains was far by the most professional, prepared and knowledgable representative of all the estate agents coming out. Amy was able to present her market research and expertise of the area and gave me loads of confidence from the start. Once I had confirmed that I wanted to use Sarah Main, every single person I spoke to was helpful, efficient and friendly. They recommended me Mincoff Solicitors who were also fabulous to work with- I would go back to these conveyancers in the future! Everything has been handled efficiently and professionally and I cannot thank my Sales Progression representative Jane enough. I’ve been kept to date and it’s honestly gone so fast! Thank you so much Jane, Amy and the team in the Low Fell branch! If you’re selling or buying a house in the Gateshead area- get yourself on their website!

GoogleAmy was absolutely amazing when she came out to value our property. We hadn’t had a great experience with another estate agent so were a bit stressed/worried. Amy helped settled any concerns & was completely honest with us which i preferred. Even if i did cry (sorry Amy). If we were to ever sell again, we would only use Sarah mains. Highly recommend them just from how friendly & supportive they are. Plus they sold our house in 2 weeks!

GoogleAs a buyer, I found Sarah Mains to be great from start to finish. Whenever something needed to be chased or I could do with an answer to a question, it was never too much to ask of the likes of Ashleigh, Jane, Kelly and Dawn. Communicating with them was always straightforward and they helped make the process straightforward.

GoogleSarah mains were really good at helping us sell our property so that we could go ahead and purchase our next home. Their advertisement allowed us to find a suitable purchaser very quickly and they also helped us navigate the market to get a good mortgage. Would definitely recommend.

Both homes sold within a week which was amazing, we were gobsmacked at how quick both houses sold.
