GoogleThe friendly professional approach from all Sarah Mains Staff at the Low Fell Branch was very much appreciated whilst selling my property - their positive enthusiastic attention to every detail led to a host of viewings, communication was always pleasant and instant which resulted in a very satisfactory sale!

GoogleWe’ve sold two houses in the past 2 years with Sarah Mains, and purchased one. Brilliant team who provided support for us every step of the way. Particular mention goes to Sharon Lambert of the sales progression team. Sharon helped us so much in the final stages of conveyancing, she was an invaluable contact particularly in the last 5/6 weeks, and helped keep the chain moving. Nothing was too much trouble to Sharon and she called us back as promised, every time, without fail. Would certainly recommend Sarah Mains.

GoogleSarah Mains helped us in the sale of two properties and the purchase of one. With the sales, Donna and Chris were always available to help and support and gave a quality service. The after-sales and the purchase proved complicated and frustrating at times, but Sharon was always positive and willing to do what she could to move things along. Having someone with the communication skills and professional knowledge definitely helped at key points. Thankyou for your assistance!

GoogleSarah Mains were great in supporting us throughout our house sale...they helped us achieve a higher price than first anticipated.Although our first buyers pulled out they were very quick in finding us another chain free cash buyer. All in all a very satisfactory outcome.

GoogleA huge thank you to the team at Sarah Mains Low Fell for selling our house quickly and for a really good price. As first time sellers we were a bit unsure of the processes involved but having had pretty much every local estate agent out to value our home we are so very glad we went with Sarah Mains, (even though they weren't the cheapest, we certainly felt they were excellent value for money). Everyone we spoke to was great but a special thanks to Amie, Chris and Sharon who always dealt with us professionally and with an all-important good sense of humour!

GoogleFive star service, Kelly on sales team was exceptional and demonstrated a sound knowledge of the area and provided us with a procession of well matched buyers. Her customer service skills gave us great confidence , she was friendly, helpful and approachable and we felt valued vendors. The great service continued with Sharon on the after sales team who returned all calls promptly and supported us throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah Mains for buying or selling.

GoogleExcellent. Sarah Mains have been fantastic throughout the process. Dawn was absolutely spot on, with her valuation and predicted precisely the huge amount of interest which we would have in our property. They recommended a video to showcase and I was so pleased with the quality of the video presentation. The Sarah Mains open day was a brilliant strategy, perfectly planned by the girls in the office, Lorraine, Amy and Kelly. I was kept informed throughout. Sarah Mains provide a highly professional service and I highly recommended them.

GoogleThe best after sales service from Sharon Lambert. Always kept us up to date with the progress of our sale. Would chase up solicitors from all parties to speed up the process. If you left a message she would always get back to you with her positive ‘can do’ attitude. Sharon was so good when I purchased my property two years ago, that I didn’t hesitate to use this company again when I sold my property as I knew I would get a first class service. Well done Sharon you are a great ambassador for Sarah Mains.

GoogleAs efficient as a German engine. I've only used a few estate agents in my life and they were SO much better than the others I didn't realise this level of service was possible. They ring you back if you ask some thing in literally a matter of minutes. A rare thing in any business these days, let alone this sector. All the staff I dealt with were so helpful. (Also I genuinely have no conflict of interest in writing this, my relative doesn't work here etc)

GoogleWe received a fantastic service from Sarah Mains. The minute we met Claire, who did the valuation we knew we would get a great service. Our sale was initially looked after by Kelly and Lorraine, who were both extremely professional and friendly, and offered a great service. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we had to withdraw our property from the market. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah Mains to sell your property, and if we ever decide to sell again we wouldn't go anywhere else

GoogleMy husband and I would highly recommend using Sarah Mains (Low Fell) as an estate agent. Every member of staff that we interacted with was professional, friendly and honest. Dawn, our valuer, made us feel very comfortable upon entering our home. She took the time to meet our family and really understand what we wanted from this process. The photos she took of our home for the sales brochure were fantastic! Throughout the sale, Chris, who acted as our sales negotiator, was equally as supportive and efficient as Dawn and ensured that he shared his knowledge and expertise with us at every step of the way. A huge thank you to Sarah Mains (Low Fell) and the team for guiding us through the buying and selling process. If the time ever came again where we wanted to sell, we would definitely use them again.
