GoogleAfter failing to get much interest in our property using nother local agent, we asked Sarah Mains to help us with selloing our house. Dawn Melling was professional and efficient is valuing and setting up the marketing, Helen Knight and Donna Rowell supported us through the whole process, even as we moved abroad. They have been immediately on the job to help solve any issues for us. You get what you pay for.

GoogleI primarily dealt with Wendy from the Jesmond office in relation to the sale of my property and found her (& every other member of staff I dealt with) to be efficient, polite, friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date at all times and was given good advice with regard to processes and options along the way. I would most certainly use Sarah Mains again - Thanks Wendy!

GoogleSarah Mains as an Estate agent selling our house was fantastic. Through their proffessional approach , attention to detail and the amazing Amie Lynch we had an offer within 3 days and was sold within 5 days. This greatly exceeded our expectations both in price and speed of sale. Amie was with us from valuation to viewings to offers and finally to the sale. All the stress and worry were taken from us and replaced with care and attention throughout the whole process with all our concerns and questions answered. Cannot reccommend enough. GoogleFantastic service from both Sarah Mains and Mincoffs solicitors. Worked hard to arrange viewings and eventually negotiate sale. Need to give a special thank you to Susan Richardson at the Jesmond office without whom I may not have remained sane throughout. Her constant communication and updates were invaluable, she added that personal element that meant so much during what can be a very stressful time. Would recommend to everyone.

GoogleI purchased my current property through Sarah Mains 3 years ago and didn’t hesitate in using them when it came to selling it. Amy was incredibly helpful in all aspects of arranging the sale (and made the property look great in the photos!) Very efficient and reliable and I had confidence that I was in good hands. Wendy then dealt with the viewings and liaising with potential buyers. We had a constant flow of viewings and sold quickly. Overall a great service - will use again.

Helen was aways very informative and friendly. I felt well cared for and trusted that she was genuinely wanting to find me the ideal home. The information provided about the properties was thorough and well presented. When I attended viewings the staff were punctual and very knowledgable about the property. The team are really helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process, always keeping you up to date with what's going on. They were always willing to offer advice and guidance, when asked, in particular about little tweaks that could help to make the property even more attractive to a potential buyer. GoogleSarah Mains have now sold 2 of our properties over the years & I can fully recommend them. The level of customer service is exceptional & from valuation to eventual sale it was a smooth transition with lots of communication & advice at all times from Glynis, Chrissie & Jane that proved to be invaluable on the sale of our house this year. We also used Sarah Mains conveyancing & this just makes the process seamless & you can view the progress of the sale procesure online. I have to mention the fantastic photographs that far exceed any other estate agents & the fabulous video that will get buyers through the door ! Thank you Whickham Branch.
