GoogleWe have been lucky to have had Sara Mains Whickham branch to help us with buying and selling on a number of occasions. Each time without fail they all have been most professional without losing their friendly rapport they have also had with us . When they have had to pull out the stops to overcome a problem they have done so with the minimum of fuss. We would not choose to go to anyone other than Sarah Mains at Whickham. Why would we. Thank you for all your help and advise and all you have done for us.

My enquiries were dealt with very promptly and I found the surveyor Very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to value of said properties. I found the service very efficient and was supported by the sales staff at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah Mains services.

GoogleI wanted to leave a review of my experience of Sarah Main's Landlord Property Management service from the Whickham office - in particular the Property Manager for my flat - Ann Gardner. I moved to Australia a year ago, so it is particularly reassuring for me to know my property is being professionally and efficiently managed, and to receive good communication from Ann. The whole process of setting up the management service for my property before I left the UK was also very smooth through the Low Fell Office. Very happy overall!!

From initially popping into the branch for advice, putting our home on the market and even after completion of our sale. Staff were helpful, approachable and efficient. We were always updated promptly and everything was explained fully. Can not fault Sarah Mains and would definitely recommend them for sale or purchase of properties. Thank you

GoogleFor over 10 years I have been using Sarah Mains Whickham Branch for finding tenants for the properties I let. I normally use other estate agent companies at the same time, but this branch tends to be the first to find me a tenant. A few months ago I had 2 properties come on the market simultaneously which is not an ideal position to be in, especially for that time of the year. I decided to only use Sarah Mains this time around and they did not disappoint. I firstly received excellent service from Emma Mitchell who is their “Lettings Valuer” and I have to say she produced exceptionally good photos. Most of my dealings thereafter were with Josh McKie who is their “Letting Consultant”. I found Josh to be friendly, professional and efficient. He was proactive as well as creative in finding tenants and gave me regular updates in a concise manor. Once the tenants were found, we moved to a swift conclusion thanks to my dealings with Heidi Hunt and Jessica Saunders. I should also note that as stressful as moving home can be, I’ve never had a tenant say they had a bad experience with this branch. I can highly recommend their services to potential Landlords. I thank all the Staff at the Whickham Branch. It’s the employees that make one company stand out from the competition and the people at the Whickham branch are a credit to the Sarah Mains brand.
