Glynis, Jane and Graham at the Whickham branch really know what they're doing, sold my house in just 10 days. Couldn't fault them and will 100% be using again when I have another property to sell. GoogleFantastic service from the Whickham branch during the sale of our buy to let property and particularly Susan Tennant in the sales progression team and Dawn Whiffing in Mortgage team (who sorted my daughters mortgage for her new home). Communication is the key and I was updated almost daily on progress etc. Went very smoothly. Thanks to all involved

GoogleA positive experience from start to finish. From the first valuation which was very accurate, the production of sales material including a video presentation was very good, they handled all of the viewings for me and once an offer had been agreed the completions team guided the sale through to a smooth conclusion. The property was sold and completed within 4 months of making initial contact with the agency - a professional outfit.

GoogleJane is an absolute super star! Along with Glynis, she has been my rock over the last few weeks and I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending her. Very professional whilst also being friendly and approachable, Jane has gone out of her way to find us a buyer for our house and also to find the perfect property to move into.
