GoogleOur experience with Sarah Mains in general has always been positive before and during our current tenancy at one of their managed properties. They are very available and responsive. The report issue feature with FixFlo has been great for any issues as and when they arise! David has been a great managing agent during our tenancy at the property. He has always been responsive, friendly and helpful if we as tenants have questions, communicative about upcoming safety checks, following up after house inspections or repairmen visits. Helped make our experience living here all the better!

GoogleI have been dealing with Sarah Mains for 12 years renting my property through them. My communications have been with Phil Hunt during this period and it great to have the continuity and history between us. The lines of communication have always been excellent keeping me well informed with all details and legal requirements in renting my property. The Tenants that have been found for the property have always been of a high standard. I will continue to use Phil Hunt & Sarah Mains in the future and would highly recommend to Tenants and Landlords.
