Very poor. They did initially book a viewing but then ignored me multiple times when I tried to book other viewings. As a buyer, there's plenty to look at with other agents, but I'd be incredibly annoyed if I was a seller and found out that a prospective buyer for my property isn't even responded to. No other agent ignored my viewing requests the same way.

Stress free and fabulous support After a long 6 months I’m finally moving on. This could have been so much sooner however issues with buying a property held everything up. The support and Advice from Donna held it all together until finally it fell into place. We spoke so often about a whole range of questions - listed buildings, surveyors, next steps and options. She chased my sellers agents and helped in so many ways by now I feel we are friends rather than providing a service. Can highly recommend and should I ever sell again - which I hope not - then o would return to Sarah Mains.

Overall a very disappointing experience. Fantastic sales pitch at the start of the process which in reality didn’t materialise and probably the worst sales progression experience I’ve ever had having bought and sold a number of houses over the years and four in the past couple of months. I received more information and updates on the progress of my sale with Sarah Mains from another estate agent. At no point did I feel like the client, in fact I’m not actually sure what I paid for from Sarah Mains! Despite complaining the service levels continued to be way below what I would have expected for the fee I paid. An offer to reduce the total fee as an apology and in acceptance of how poor Sarah Mains had been throughout, equated to 2% off the amount we owed and just added insult to injury. Cleary the only motivation Sarah Mains have had throughout was to take their money, offer as little service as possible and then run off with the cash. On the experience I’ve had I would not recommend Sarah Mains and won’t use them again in the future.
