Amy Caine has been fantastic setting up the initial meeting, informing us fully of the process and making sure we were kept up to date at all points. She has made the process seamless and we can't thank her enough. Special thanks also to Kelly, Chris and Josh who updated us with all the appointments and feedback. GoogleVery poor. They did initially book a viewing but then ignored me multiple times when I tried to book other viewings. As a buyer, there's plenty to look at with other agents, but I'd be incredibly annoyed if I was a seller and found out that a prospective buyer for my property isn't even responded to. No other agent ignored my viewing requests the same way.

Their marketing (including drone video shots of the property) is second to none, and I'm confident went a long way in helping us get a good price for our property. Amy C was brilliant from the outset - super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. She always made sure I was informed about the latest developments. She provided a very efficient service. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sarah Mains to anyone in the future.

GoogleHad an amazing experience with Donna, and we weren’t even her instructed clients! Donna was dealing with our purchase, and did more to move our completion date along than my chosen, awful estate agent. Spoke to Donna almost every other day for 8mth and she was fantastic, chasing our entire chain to get us exchanged and moved on the same day. Thank you Donna

Her advice was always available, accurate and helpful. She never missed a call, never failed to follow on something and always delivered on her word. GooglePhil and David have managed our rental property for over a decade and I can't speak more highly of them. Great communication, prompt replies, repairs taken care of immediately, and no query too small. It's been an absolute pleasure working with them, and as landlords living overseas it's been enormously reassuring to know our property was in such safe hands. Highly recommend!

GoogleTook way too much personal data to book a simple viewing for a rental and never even heard back from them! I called several times to ask for any information and it's always 'we'll pass it on'. Feels like a scam to sell your details better not even try to rent through them.
