GoogleSandstone and Lesley, our property manager, were really good for us, the apartment was so clean and in good repair when we arrived and throughout they were very responsive and kind when we came across problems, this was our first time out of the house and they helped us through draining the washing machine and kick starting the boiler!

GoogleDo not use this letting agency, they are scammers. I didn't check the reviews before applying for their properties. I do not know how a letting company like this can legally exist. They asked me for a 200 pound "deposit money to apply" for a viewing and they told me that the property would get taken off the market and we would be able get a viewing the day of the payment. They did not take down the property off the market and in the online viewing they did, it was just virtual google maps kind of viewing and not showing the actual property itself. The rooms looked different from the listing on the website. Thankfully, we realized that this was a scam situation and chose not to apply. Afterwards when I asked for my deposit money back, they were very non-responsive and I had to call reception a lot of times to be able to get the money.

Googlemy experience with sandstone properly management team has been absolutely shocking to say the least. i moved into the property september of this year with 2 of my friends for university, since then we have discovered mould everywhere. on our walls, behind every piece of furniture and even on our clothes. we have promptly brought this to their attention several times. we have not been reached back out to. we’ve also mentioned that one of my friends is allergic to the mould and giving her a few health problems. still no email back. i would not recommend.

GoogleRented with Sandstone last year. Our flat was city centre and the on-street door lock broke. It took Sandstone over 3 months to fix, even after being made aware of numerous people abusing drugs in the hallway. Really poor communication from them. In addition we had money taken off our deposit for wall marks that existed prior to our tenancy. They also have an extremely high staff turn around so you talk to a different person each time. Avoid renting with them

GoogleThe flat we were provided from sandstone was very nice with any problems being solved very quickly due to the great services. the furnishings were also very high quality. Only issues were minor such as small desk, wardrobe space and overall storage. Otherwise incredible service

GoogleI went in to get help with setting up my broadband, repairs, energy bills, and council tax as an inexperienced student, but a lovely lady called Sharon helped me sort out all these details in no time. She is a testament to Sandstones great customer service!

GoogleSharon Murray was a lot of help with repairs! Although it took a while to get repairs sorted she always had our best interests in mind.

GoogleMy two flatmates and I have been living in the same flat for two years now, and Sharon Murray was beyond helpful. One time, a pigeon fell into the boiler and Sharon was able to organise the removal of the pigeon within half-an-hour. We are very grateful for all her help and her ability to deal with issues quickly.

GoogleRecently moved into a 2-person flat not far off Byres Road and I just wanted to give a shout out to my property manager Shannon. I couldn't ask for a better property manager, from day one getting the flat keys and letting me know my flatmate and I's rights as tenants to arranging someone to come in to install a lock for our bathroom within less than 24 hours of me enquiring if it was even ok. She always follows up on emails and gets back to us promptly. Super friendly and glad to have her as a point of contact!

GoogleWe have the intention to book the house, promised to us online viewing, only to inform us that the house is gone on the day of viewing. I don't understand the integrity of that.
