GoogleThis is the worst renting agency in Scotland. Whenever you are interesting in finding flat, they are lovely and super kind. Yet, once you are already a tenant, their attention and support, even in the most dangerous moments, is null. β¦

GoogleBE WEARY of renting with Grant/Sandstone. Theyβre notorious for taking/allowing cleaning companies to take extortionate amounts for so-called βcleaningβ which is absolutely non-existent. Moreover, the invoice for the cleaning fee was dated β¦

GoogleCompletely ghosting their customers for some reason? From agent not attending viewing and not keeping in touch to company email also ignoring me as well. Wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.

GoogleMe and my flat mates have recently moved in to quite a fixer-upper flat. It has had many issues wrong with it, like a hole in the roof, dirty floors and damp etc. However, despite us being told it would be fixed by the time we moved in aug, it was not. Although we have had many issues with this flat, we have had a lot of help from our property manager Sharon, she has managed to get the issues resolved within a few days or a week. She would check in with us every week with an update and has been overall helpful. I do appreciate what she has done, and even though it wasnβt her fault she did take responsibility and got the issues resolved quickly. Thank you Sharon

GoogleAvoid if possible Absolutely great when wanting to rent a property, however, once you have paid your deposit and have moved in they are useless. To get any thing fixed takes ages, the staff are rude and unhelpful. I recently terminated my lease and went to drop off the keys, I stood in the door way for about 20min and no one greeted me or offered to help. Furthermore, the flat I was staying in had a massive leak in the roof which took over three months to fix. I would avoid this agency at all costs. Absolutely horrible customer service and exceptionally rude staff.

GoogleNoone answers the phone. Didn't deal with their tenant from hell for 7 years. Also refused to come up & sort the same tenants leak. Their workmen leave a mess in the close & don't clean it up.

GoogleAbsolutely hopeless. The flat itself is lovely but they are completely anonymous when it comes to fixing an issue you have raised. I have been left without mains water for two days at time of writing and sandstone have been entirely anonymous in getting the issue fixed even when nothing about it can be done without their permission
