GoogleWonderful stay at Matthew and Charlotte’s flat. The place is very central within walking distance from many shops, restaurants and super close to the tube. The hosts were wonderful and were very responsive and helpful. They also set up the flat to be baby friendly which was a lovely surprise!

Specifically aimed at the Ashford branch only. Given your ethos of professionalism and customer service you have totally failed. This company are disingenuous and hide behind emails rather than have a straightforward and honest discussion on telephone. In all my life dealing with buying and selling properties I’ve not come across a worse company to deal with hence taking the time to post a review.

GoogleWe had a great stay in this apartment. We have felt at home. Mathew is always attentive to answer our questions, and has been very clear in his instructions so that we can make the most of the city. It is a place I would return to and recommend to my friends.

GoogleMatthew is a wonderful host! Very helpful, polite and proactive. The flat is a true gem - beautiful, warm, comfortable. Everything is in walkable distances, the neighbourhood is surprisingly peaceful and silent. I really recommend living in this apartment in Whitechapel.

GoogleThis is an incredible location! You can walk to most of the must-see spots, making it super convenient. The house is exactly as described, perfect for the number of guests, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

GoogleMatthew's place was perfect for my family of six adults. The apartment was large, modern and had everything you could possibly need. The location was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the tube and London's wonderful bus system. Matthew 's communication was superb and was immediately responsive to any questions we had. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly!

GoogleWe really enjoyed our stay here. Matthew gave clear, polite and detailed instructions from the beginning. The flat is larger than what one would expect for the price, in a location with great transport options. The bus stop is right in front of the building.The flat was super clean, well equipped and had all the basics needed and some thoughtful “extras" like cleaning supplies, new sponge, ample amount of toiletries, coffee, tea and sugar. We had plenty of heat and hot water was never an issue despite being 4 people. The furniture is comfortable. Matthew would respond in a timely and polite manner and tried to help us with some issues we encountered. Thanks Matthew for hosting us and your kind and considerate manner. We recommend this flat to others - it's also really good value for the money!

GoogleI stayed at 3 Sandersons homes. All close to the tube, warm, equipped with large refrigerators, washers, tasteful furniture and authentically comfortable. Really clean and fully stocked for cooking full meals at home. All 3 were also close to several supermarkets and restaurants which gave us easy alternatives for quick decent meals. Plenty of room for 2 adults, my mom, brother and a child. Two near Holland Park tube and another near Royal Oak tube. The hosts are incredibly responsive and responsible. There was a problem with hot water and they found alternative accommodations as well as helping us move to the new location. I am grateful to them for the professionalism and would certainly stay at one of their properties again.

GoogleAs a family of 12 we booked this accommodation to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday, ages ranging from 60 to 18 months. This house is a real home from home, we are so grateful for everything including the lovely additional touches, lovely house, great location and the pictures completely align with the property itself, we loved it

GoogleCharming and spacious rental in West London. Literally steps from a bus stop to get you anywhere in town. Grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Easily accessible and roomy. Our family of 5 had plenty of space within the rental during our 1 week stay over Christmas. Matthew, our host was extremely responsive. Our heat was not working when we arrived and he quickly dispatched a maintenance guy to fix. He checked in continuously throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. A great host makes a great experience. We highly recommend.

Joe Galton was efficient and quick to respond and worked with us and the seller to pull us back over to going with the property Sandersons had listed. We had good experiences with Shayna also who conducted viewings well and with a friendly demeanour.
