We loved our stay at Matthew's place. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and we especially loved the bright, airy sunroom with large dining area. The location was very convenient--walkable to two tube stops, restaurants and shops. Communication was clear and Matthew was easy to reach if we had a question. Really appreciated the flexibility to drop bags early and check out a few minutes late. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!

Great stay for big groups (up to 10 people, kids included, and they loved it!) Perfectly located: just a 5-minute stroll to the underground, grocery stores, and a friendly pub, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area. The house itself is a gem: a grand living room with a big, comfy table and a glorious kitchen island that could host its own cooking show. Two (!) dishwashers, because who wants to argue about doing the dishes on holiday? Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; one floor higher, 3 more bedrooms and another bathroom. Plus, there’s a third guest bathroom downstairs, no morning queues! Everything is spotless, modern, and well-equipped. Communication with the owner was super quick and easy, friendly, helpful, and absolutely hassle-free! We’d happily come back anytime, maybe even move in if they let us.

Cannot recommended this agency ,I was looking to move to a new flat , they offered me a view , we agreed to a moving date , has my notice was already given to my current landlord.They failed to confirm a moving date to the new flat, so I emailed , 3 day before my current notice ended to tell them , I don’t need they service has need a new place in 3 days otherwise will be homeless.

Amazing experience with the rental process

Charlotte Heaton is our property manager and we couldn’t be more impressed. She is on the ball, has the best contacts in the industry to get any issue addressed no matter how large or small and is always a pleasure to work with. We feel very grateful to have such incredible support managing our property while we live overseas. Many property managers are not proactive or responsive, as we were using a different company in the area before and were unsatisfied, but Charlotte has done nothing but impress with her responsiveness, tenacity and great attitude. Having been let down by a couple of other agents in the area, we recently contacted Sandersons to help us find the perfect home four our family in Notting Hill. I’m delighted that Anna and her team pulled out all the stops to help and I wanted to commend them for the superb service I received from start to finish. From the moment they picked up the phone they made us feel like our property search was their priority! Within hours they had set up 4 fantastic options for us to see, two of which was absolutely perfect! We really enjoyed our stay here. Matthew gave clear, polite and detailed instructions from the beginning. The flat is larger than what one would expect for the price, in a location with great transport options. The bus stop is right in front of the building.The flat was super clean, well equipped and had all the basics needed and some thoughtful “extras" like cleaning supplies, new sponge, ample amount of toiletries, coffee, tea and sugar. We had plenty of heat and hot water was never an issue despite being 4 people. The furniture is comfortable. Matthew would respond in a timely and polite manner and tried to help us with some issues we encountered. Thanks Matthew for hosting us and your kind and considerate manner. We recommend this flat to others - it's also really good value for the money!
