They just want to keep dropping the price to get a quick sale . They were absolutely awful and in the end we ran a couple of mystery calls only to be left flabbergasted at their derogatory negative manor to our mystery caller. Please think. Carefully before using them .

Hello Lisa, we are disappointed that you have felt the need to leave a bad review after doing all we can to help you secure a sale.
Our advice around the pricing strategy at the start, considered that you hadn't agreed a sale with 3 previous agents using higher asking prices and there was a lack of comparable evidence to provide any certainty a higher price could be achieved. Our marketing strategy led to 23 viewings, multiple offers and although we don’t recall asking you to drop the marketing price, we would have said it would be wise to consider the offers more, even though they weren’t as high as you were hoping. There was a consistency of where offers were coming in and where we were able to negotiate them to.
We’ve had conversations about your mystery shop and you were still keen to continue to work with us. We were marketing your property for 9 months and have been in regular contact with you during that time. As you know, we do not tie our customers into fixed term agreements like a lot of agents and you could have withdrawn your property from us at any time if you felt we weren’t representing your best interests.
Taking everything into account we felt it was better to end our relationship rather than increase the marketing price to a level that we believe will be detrimental to generating interest, viewings and offers but we still wish you all the best with your next agent.
