GoogleGreat stay for big groups (up to 10 people, kids included, and they loved it!) Perfectly located: just a 5-minute stroll to the underground, grocery stores, and a friendly pub, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area. The house itself is a gem: a grand living room with a big, comfy table and a glorious kitchen island that could host its own cooking show. Two (!) dishwashers, because who wants to argue about doing the dishes on holiday? Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; one floor higher, 3 more bedrooms and another bathroom. Plus, there’s a third guest bathroom downstairs, no morning queues! Everything is spotless, modern, and well-equipped. Communication with the owner was super quick and easy, friendly, helpful, and absolutely hassle-free! We’d happily come back anytime, maybe even move in if they let us.

GoogleMy first experience of using the services of Air B&B so this was all new to me. Charlotte guided me through the whole process and made the experience a breeze. She is a very attentive host and nothing was too much trouble. I was impressed with her response time to any questions. Look forward to staying in one of her properties again

GoogleWe had a fabulous experience staying at Charlotte and Matthews beautiful home in London! They were extremely responsive with every question we had (within an hour!)- and the place was as described and perfect for our group of 7. We would absolutely stay here again-- or any of their properties-- everything was amazing!

GoogleWe had an amazing time!! The host is wonderful! Charlotte is the best!! Quick at response, and very easy to communicate. She made our trip so much easier and smooth. All the instructions are clear and reasonable. We will love to stay here again when we visit!

Romana has been very efficient and led the process smoothly while i was out of the country. She provided constant feedback / updates and delivered in the agreed time frame. I am very satisfied with the approach and thankful for her help. Atlanta, Regi and Ines have also helped a lot while i was out of the country. The team has worked very well on my tenancy.

GoogleA friend recommended Sandersons to us and it was the best decision we could’ve made to use them to sell our property. We met Jane first who made an excellent job of portraying the house. We then had regular contact with Vicky, Joe and Charlotte. They were instrumental in sending viewers who were right for the property and they kept us informed every step of the way. We were delighted when the sale was completed and we will definitely be recommending and using them again.

GoogleI wanted to follow on from my last review and add that throughout the whole process of selling my property, Charlotte, has been absolutely phenomenal. She has kept me updated, and pressed hard when others in the chain have not. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. In my opinion Sandersons are lucky to have her on board. Thank you Charlotte.

GoogleThe whole team were brilliant from start to finish. Jane when she visited and helped us get ready to sell, through to Linda who was always a call away and forever helpful. Ours was not a simple sale but the team constantly leaned in to help wherever they could.
