As I’ve just arrived in London and my English is not very good, I truly appreciate the team’s patience and clear communication throughout the process. GoogleRecently purchased a property with Sandersons as first time buyers, I have to say - Kerry Blue kept me updated thru out the process and has been a diamond. We completed fairly quickly both being chain free. Even after completion - Kerry is still on the end of the phone / email for my questions!! Nothing is too much for her. I'm beyond frustrated with the service I've received. Despite making every monthly payment on time, the issues in my house have gone unaddressed. To add insult to injury, I've received emails asking me to pay for months I've already settled, forcing me to repeatedly provide proof of payment because they can't seem to keep track. When I've reached out to my agent, Aleesha, with concerns about repairs or payment discrepancies, she's consistently failed to respond. Now, I'm still waiting for my deposit over two weeks after the expected date, with claims that I've missed a payment, which is completely false. It's starting to look like a deliberate tactic. If I don't see the money in my account by next Monday, I'll be taking them to court. The lack of customer service is appalling. I would strongly advise against using their services, it's a complete waste of time and stress.

GoogleInitially after meeting with a few different agents we chose to use Jane Hills from Sandersons because she had something very different from the other three agents we met with. Her 40 years of expertise and experience showed, and we liked and trusted her. We have been on the brink of putting our house live on the market three times over the last three years but had to pull back for different reasons. We have always chosen to go back to Jane for her friendly, professional, honest and down to earth approach. Especially during the difficult times when we’ve changed our minds and the pressure was already high she has only ever been understanding and supportive despite the work she had already put in for us. We will certainly ask Jane to handle our sale when we finally decide to move as our experience with her as well as her different colleagues has also always been positive.

GoogleI stayed at Matthew's Airbnb location in London in May 2025 and it was an absolutely splendid stay. The place was impeccably clean, easy to access and conveniently located within one block of two Tube station that offered fantastic connectivity to most areas of London. He was always accessible via message, responded promptly and even proactively checked in throughout my stay to offer support or help if needed. Five stars!!!

GoogleSanderson's were marketing a number of properties that we were considering when moving house and to say they were patient and helpful with us would be an understatement. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the level of time time they were prepared to give to us as prospective purchasers was above and beyond. Antony, Jane and Vicky were always very responsive and happy to answer our questions no matter how small. Of particular note must be Joe Galton, who was instrumental in helping us to finally secure the home that we have always wanted. His enthusiasm, honesty and guidance was something we really appreciated.
