From start to finish what a great experience with Sanderson even took ages for the sale to happen but they did everything. We have had the lovely Lisa to show the flat and we loved it straight away then Roger helped us to get the deal done 👌🏻 Huge thanks to Linda and Charlotte to making it happen, as we had some complications during our buying journey, but they have supported us all the way through 🙏 Highly recommended estate agents. Ramesh Chandra Chudasama I have been with Sandersons lettings for aprox 35 years since they had an office in Maidstone who has looked after the letting management on my be half for 2 properties in Maidstone Behind this there is a letting team who does fantastic hard work and I am very pleased for their service Julie Smith Steph Keen and Nancy Makadzange 1 Known Julie for aprox 14 years checks the tenants viewings etc and goes a mile and is very efficient 2 Steph Very good all rounder with correspondance once I email concider the job is done Iam pleased 3 Nancy is an expert in the legal matters and overall and has an eagel eyed who will not miss the target

Wow…. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. I have been fortunate enough to experience both sides of Sandersons, both as a buyer and also a seller. My last experience, dealing with Emily has been faultless. The effort, flexibility, willingness to help, advice and going that little bit further has been faultless and refreshing… An Estate agent that does what they say, and ensures of complete customer satisfaction, there perhaps could be lessons learned from other companies, both from Emily and Sandersons. Photos, speed of action also follow ups were also fantastic. I can only say Thank-you to all the Team and recommend Emily and Sandersons to anyone.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Sandersons. Julie Smith has been our contact and she has been very helpful all way around. From the viewing to helping us filling in the forms to get our tenancy agreement, and any questions we have via emails. She took her time to give us a second viewing to show the property to our family before we could have the keys. We can't thank you Lisa and Roger enough for what they did and the service we received. Selling a property can be a very stressful process but this wasn't the case for us due to the hard work, diligence, patience, kindness and professionalism of both Lisa, Roger and the team. The communication was excellent and they kept us informed on all steps and throughout the process. The team made sure we were aware of what was happening, how long it was estimated to take and managed out expectations from the start. This meant we were reassured on what was happening and kept up to date regularly so there was no chasing up or asking what was happening after viewings had taken place and we knew who was coming into our house and when. Roger and Lisa were always communicating with us , did all the viewings and gave us feedback in realtime. We found this level of service was priceless when considering all the uncertainty that goes with the buying and selling process. Its also worth mentioned the quality of the photos, I was shocked at the equipment used and how advanced and professional it was. The photographers did a great job presenting my house, when I saw the photos I almost didn't want to sell, I liked it so much. I can't rate the service highly enough and the best part is they sold the house so quickly and negotiated a fantastic price for us. We will alway be grateful to Roger and Lisa not only for the professional service but for never making us feel like a nuisance. We never felt like just another case but, instead they made us feel like our new home mattered to them. Its this level of professionalism combined with a personal touch that sets them apart from other firms. Thank you to all the team for all you have done.

We were buying a house through Sandersons, and i've never really understood what the need for an estate agent was now that there are websites that show you what you need instantly, until I worked with Sandersons. Their development team were constantly on the cases seeing where the chain was, coordinating the communication and ensuring everyone knew what was going on. We had the pleasure of working with a number of them, but Karen was our main point of contact and she was friendly and helpful, and i do believed helped us to complete the chain with a difficult seller at the top of the chain. We had problems with a previous tenant keeping his rental payments up to date and Lorraine in the Credit Control Department has been excellent in managing the situation and in the end liaising with the Rental Guarantee insurers and ensuring that we received the arrears. My wife and I were inbetween moving back too the UK from Moscow during the covid pandemic and trying too move back to the UK to rent a property with our Cat Shadow Cat that would be close too where my wifes new job was starting. We were really worried because most estate agents chose to ignore us because of our Cat but Houston at Sandersons quickly got back too us with an amazing property that was perfect for our Cat and in not only the right and beautiful location but suited us all down too the ground. Even the rental price for what the property is, in its location is fantastic value for money. We signed all the paperwork over the internet from Moscow and Haley and Houston worked with our amazing landlady Sophie too ensure we were able too move in when we were able too get an emergency flight back. The team at Sandersons did their very best to ensure our stress of moving back from Moscow into our new home was stress free and had absolutely no complications. We would have been homeless if it had not been for them so we cannot thank them enough for making our move back to UK happen. Everything was perfect on our arrival and we love living here.
