My wife and I were inbetween moving back too the UK from Moscow during the covid pandemic and trying too move back to the UK to rent a property with our Cat Shadow Cat that would be close too where my wifes new job was starting. We were really worried because most estate agents chose to ignore us because of our Cat but Houston at Sandersons quickly got back too us with an amazing property that was perfect for our Cat and in not only the right and beautiful location but suited us all down too the ground. Even the rental price for what the property is, in its location is fantastic value for money. We signed all the paperwork over the internet from Moscow and Haley and Houston worked with our amazing landlady Sophie too ensure we were able too move in when we were able too get an emergency flight back. The team at Sandersons did their very best to ensure our stress of moving back from Moscow into our new home was stress free and had absolutely no complications. We would have been homeless if it had not been for them so we cannot thank them enough for making our move back to UK happen. Everything was perfect on our arrival and we love living here. Couldn't recommend Sandersons more! Throughout the entire process they have been incredibly attentive and professional. Any queries I had were all answered in a timely manner. Most of my dealings were with Julie Smith. Julie has been amazing at giving me peace of mind during what would otherwise have been a stressful experience. Alex was super quick in responding to queries and went out of her way to help speed up completion. Julie has done a fabulous job of looking after me through the whole journey. Sandersons Maidstone is the worst agency ever. Never met no agency witch blaming people for humidity and dump in house. Even photos doesnt work as a proof it is no ventylation. Anyway manager is rude and dont want be close to problem. It is no help from them side at all. NEVER RENT FROM THEM COZ WILL REGREAT. They care just about landlords. I had to pay insurance for landlord witch as them just promised do something with problem but even didnt came to speak with me. NEVER TRUST SANDERSONS them treating people just as cachmachine.

After viewing a number of properties via other estate agents, all of which were bad to mediocre experience, Sandersons easily excelled. From the time we booked a viewing, they were professional, helpful and actually had answers to some of the questions we had about the property, especially simple stuff like the council tax band, (every other estate agent we'd previously used did not know this and had to call us back a few days later with answers to basic questions). Sandersons were helpful with recommending independent advisors and solicitors, which allowed us to smoothly purchase the property, ask questions and get answers. In the final couple of weeks before exchange, Sandersons, especially Kerry Blue, were constantly helping us chase the last couple of enquiries and helping us with the last few preparations before moving. We highly recommend them and if, at whatever stage in the future, we decide to move on, we'd definitely be contacting Sandersons to help sell out house. Thank you for all your help!

Sandersons have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of us selling our home. Julie and her team are friendly and professional in all of their dealings. I have been a tenant with Sandersons in Maidstone for just under 8 years. Sadly, my tenancy came to an end in a house I spent so much time at. Sandersons during my tenancy were excellent and the inspections carried out 6monthly were both peace of mind for myself as a tenant and of course the landlord. Since the news my tenancy was ending, Julie and Caroline worked above and beyond to help me find another suitable home to let and I'm happy to say I am still a happy tenant and cannot fault Sandersons, the team in Maidstone have been really responsive and understanding and extremely patient with me while working through the chaos of moving and finalising things especially Jemma. I highly recommend Sandersons as a letting agent as they take very good care of the tenants and landlords alike.
