GoogleThe guys at Sandersons Maidstone were amazing! from ringing up to view to moving in was less than a month! from Caroline at the first viewing and telling me we got it to Kay answering all my emails, i cant fault anything. they were fast at repsonding to my emails and quick with the phone calls. i honestly cant thank you all enough!

GoogleOur house move was unduly protracted as a result of the lock down but despite fraught and stressful circumstances the staff at Sandersons remained calm and professional throughout, communicating clearly. They have also been willing to be flexible where appropriate and ’go the extra mile’ when that was needed.

GoogleKerry Blue at Sandersons was an absolute God send and without her the whole purchasing process would not have been a quick and efficient. Kerry was always at hand to explain what was going on while she project managed all parties involved from mortgage advisors, solicitors, the selling party as well as ourselves. GoogleAfter having 6 different agents value our property I selected Sandersons. This is because it was very clear to me after seeing the other properties that they had marketed at the time and the photos and videos stood out and to me this is a key aspect of generating interest. Also their proposed marketing strategy made the most sense to me. I wasn't dissappointed when the photographer really took his time to get amazing shots. The fees were competetive and the service was always great. I would highly recommend these guys to prospective sellers.PositiveQuality, Value

GoogleWe purchased a property through Sandersons. I have never really rated estate agents, as they often are not much use in my experience. However for this purchase they really did come into their own and I genuinely believe the purchase would have fallen through without them. Charlotte (sales progressor) worked tirelessly throughout owing to my incompetent solicitor. Despite not technically being her client as she acts on behalf of the seller, I felt like I was paying for her service. She was professional throughout, keeping me informed at all stages and working late into the afternoon on the day of completion to ensure we were not left out in the cold (literally) for too long. They even met us at the property with a card and bottle of Prosecco, a lovely touch and so unexpected. The service we received has completely changed my previous negative views of estate agents...never judge a book by its cover as they say.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMy wife and I were inbetween moving back too the UK from Moscow during the covid pandemic and trying too move back to the UK to rent a property with our Cat Shadow Cat that would be close too where my wifes new job was starting. We were really worried because most estate agents chose to ignore us because of our Cat but Houston at Sandersons quickly got back too us with an amazing property that was perfect for our Cat and in not only the right and beautiful location but suited us all down too the ground. Even the rental price for what the property is, in its location is fantastic value for money. We signed all the paperwork over the internet from Moscow and Haley and Houston worked with our amazing landlady Sophie too ensure we were able too move in when we were able too get an emergency flight back. The team at Sandersons did their very best to ensure our stress of moving back from Moscow into our new home was stress free and had absolutely no complications. We would have been homeless if it had not been for them so we cannot thank them enough for making our move back to UK happen. Everything was perfect on our arrival and we love living here. GoogleCouldn't recommend Sandersons more! Throughout the entire process they have been incredibly attentive and professional. Any queries I had were all answered in a timely manner. Most of my dealings were with Julie Smith. Julie has been amazing at giving me peace of mind during what would otherwise have been a stressful experience. She has always been very easy to reach and happy to help. I would personally like to say thank you for everything and wish you all the best!
