GoogleIf you're selling a house in the Ashford area, go straight to Sandersons! I have personal experience with a number of other local agents and they do not stack up to the quality and professionalism of Sandersons. You wont be disappointed and they are worth every penny. My house sale/purchase journey has been rather tricky due to an awkward chain, but Karen and Jackie worked tirelessly to get the sale completed. Karen especially went above and beyond to communicate/liaise with all parties involved with the chain, and without her hard work and personable approach we would not have got the result we wanted. Highly professional service and always available at the end of the phone. Photos/marketing was superb, which truly helped find a buyer and increase sale value. GoogleWe were so impressed by the professional service offered by Sandersons, and in particular the dogged determination of Cherie Galley to chase completion in what we were aware was an absurdly tight time frame, keeping in constant contact with both solicitors and chivvying them along, and keeping all parties informed, even when she was supposed to be on her day off. And Joe was brilliant and really helpful from the first viewing. Our daughter and her husband are so pleased. Based on our experience, I would recommend Sandersons to anyone buying or selling. Thoroughly professional, helpful and moreover, friendly. We could not have asked for more.

Although I have had several problems with the blinds I purchases from Sandersons they have finally resolved all of them when Alan Robinson arrived with the replacement blinds for my bathrooms yesterday. Alan has been consistently on to the case helping to resolve them and at all times has been efficient, polite and helpful.

The service from Head Office is disappointing recently but Neil Pennell restores my faith in the company. He is reliable, does what he says he will [unlike Head Office customer service] and gives an excellent service in a friendly and very professional manner. Sandersons should hold on to this chap as he is a great ambassador for your firm which does supply wonderful blinds but has a useless Customer service team in Head Office.

GoogleDO NOT let with this agency. They are absolutely useless. We lived in a property under their agency for a year, we reported many problems on “fix flow” however not ONCE did any of these get resolved. We had to live without kitchen cupboards, kitchen draws, no bannisters on any of the floors, the boiler was very touch and go, we had to reset it ourselves every single morning so that we could actually have a shower. The only problem that got ‘fixed’ was the leaky shower which within 4 weeks started leaking again 😂 it did not get fixed a 2nd time. We wasted a lot of time reporting problems that just never even got considered being fixed. And now they’re charging us £400, yes £400 to clean the house. They will take every penny from your deposit and act like it’s your fault.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
