Although there were minor delays in fully completing the fitting of blinds in the extension, Craig Knowles kept us well informed which mitigated the waiting time. He completed the job professionally and took time to demonstrate and explain the correct operation of the controls. We were very pleased with his excellent work and friendly yet professional manner. The duet blinds have proved their excellent thermal capacity in this very cold weather.

Terrible experienceI ordered over £440 worth of items online they decided to only send 2 items , the rest of the £297.50 items were never received. They fob you off ignore you and pocket the funds from you, then are completely indifferent thereafter. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS NOR HAVE THEY GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK. This is theft.

GoogleWe had problems with a previous tenant keeping his rental payments up to date and Lorraine in the Credit Control Department has been excellent in managing the situation and in the end liaising with the Rental Guarantee insurers and ensuring that we received the arrears. At all times throughout the tenancy she has kept us fully aware of the problem, provided advice and guided us through the process. A big thank you to Lorraine!

GoogleAbsolutely atrocious customer service, extremely rude when confronted with an issue, don’t call back..I would never use these as the paperwork isn’t sent out and problems with the property are never resolved…be very aware!!
