We'd definitely recommend Sandersons. Having used another agent as well i definitely noticed the high level of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness at Sandersons. I’ve been dealing with Kerry blue for the past eight months on our transaction, and without her holding this whole thing together and supporting not just us but also her clients we have finally managed to finalize our exchange. I cannot praise her work ethic and attention to detail enough, she has just been absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend Sanderson‘s and for anybody completing if you can get Kerry to look after your transaction you will be in good hands. PS. We brought a property that was listed through Sandersons and our contact was Cherie. We had a nightmare with our solicitors throughout the whole process but Cherie was extremely helpful in chasing them and making sure everything was on track. She was professional yet friendly and was always there to help. Amazing 5* service received by the lovely ladies at Sandersons. Complete above and beyond. My house was originally up for sale with Wards who made a complete shamble and so many wasted viewings on going for eight weeks! My contract finished and I went with Sandersons. My house was sold on the first day of viewings supported by Lisa who gave great advice and reassured the process. Once under offer I was kept fully updated by the amazing Kerry who really couldn't have done any more for us. There was an issue further down the chain and Kerry really pulled out the stops to push the sale to completion. Despite her being under huge pressure nearing the stamp duty window by many other chains she took on the challenge, updated me daily and kept me positive by spending that little more time to make light of a bad situation with a few laughs. During the sale Kerry took a weeks leave, but still kept in touch regarding progress which let's be honest is dedication. Cherie was also a complete pleasure. Overall the team were a dream and I cant recommend enough. Kerry, Cherie and Lisa huge thanks for making the magic happen the way you did.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Lied to us about most things about the house & contract to get us to sign a lease. They will ignore your emails or tell you that they'll take care of things only to never do so. They write down the problems of a flat they rent to you before you enter and charge you for the old repairs to install a new one at the end. They don't believe wearing intime....
