GoogleBrilliant. From initial enquiry to quote to help to amending my booking....Paul Niall and the team were great. Clean safe rooms with excellent access.
Hi Alan, thank you for your kind words and for choosing to store with us. I will pass on your comments to the team.

GoogleEverything went very well, email to set up, face to face meeting, solid clean efficient space. Unfortunately the receptionist failed to tell me that to get 24/7 access (advertised all over the building, which I therefore assumed was the default) I had to request it and have it set up, before arriving out of office hours - so trip wasted.
Sorry to hear that wasn't clear. I will pass on your comments to the store to ensure that they make this quite clear at time of booking. Other than that, great to see everything else was as you expected. Thanks for choosing to store with us.

GoogleWhen we were moving to a smaller house, we knew that we would have to put some of our things into storage. We wanted a place near to where we were and Safestore Self Storage was just the place - very near to where we are now staying. The woman that we spoke to was very helpful and talked us through everything - even took us to see a storage space and told us how to get in even if it was after hours and we needed to get into our lock - up. Would definitely recommend Safestore Self Storage to family and friends for being very helpful, friendly and informative.
Thanks for the top marks and feedback Helen, it's much appreciated. The team at Safestore Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird strive to offer the best customer service and we're pleased they were able to make your storage experience a positive one. Thanks for recommending us!

GoogleStaff here are really great and offer the best prices I have found. The units are clean and we'll monitored but I have taken a star off because when moving tall objects such as wardrobes you have to put them on a trolly thenot take them off again to put in the lift as they don't have a tall height lift entrance then put back on trolly again when upstairs to rooms that are not numbered in order so a bit more thought on actually moving large items easier and accessing lockers please.

GoogleI am very happy with the entire team of Alligator Storage in Bolton. They are super friendly and helpful. I will use them again when needed. Other companies should take a lesson in 'customer service' from them.
Thank you for the positive review! We'll pass on your comments to the store team

GoogleIn a word Superb. I have dealt almost exclusively with Stephen, who has been fantastic. Extremely friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Our removal men were awful. It did not take Stephen very long to realise this and advise us. His advice saved us a lot of time and money. We had two units on order, 175sq ft and 25sq ft, but in the end we did not need the 25sq ft. Stephen reserved it for us, but when we did not need it there was no charge. How good is that! I was a bit sceptical when I came across Alligator on the internet. But everything has been beyond my expectation. Cheaper can be better! How refreshing is that.
Hi there, thank you for the postive feedback. We'll pass your comments onto Stephen and the team!
