GoogleReally positive experience so far. Very clear and prompt responses via email and phone from the beginning. I then popped down after work the day (a Friday) before my booking was due to begin to sort out the paperwork etc. Used a large amount of Tesco Clubcard vouchers (triple the value) and was still allowed to benefit from the half price first 8 weeks as a new customer. Joe on reception was friendly, explained things really clearly and I was even given a slightly bigger unit than the one I was paying for. Was able to move in some items there and then and found my unit to be very close to the loading bay and really easy to access & use. Have been back 3 times since over the last couple of days & it's always been a quiet & pleasant experience. Didn't intend to have to have storage but was needed to facilitate a delayed house purchase. Whilst this situation was a pain, the experience at Safestore (Wallisdown) thus far has been as smooth and painless as I could have possibly imagined!

GoogleStaff have been very friendly. Had some issues with getting my own flat as am currently couch surfing but the staff have been very understanding and they were able to keep a unit available. Ive got my items moved in and they were very good again. Helpful with the security questions i had. Within minutes i had my own key. I really can not fault one bit of the proccess. Top staff.
