GoogleWorst ever. Forgot to put padlock on my storage now they have locked my storage room without notifying me, I paid for this and I have important things to take out but typically no out of hour number that can help. Useless.

GoogleShort term, 2 month renetal. Gòod staff super helpful, nothing too much,. 6 stars to the staff. Lock up,did what it said on the tin. Closes at 6pm. Thursday night 8 pm. Stange, Friday would be better till 8pm. Every night to 8 even better!

GoogleYou can cover your belongings with insurance in this very big ware house, 24 hour access to the ground floor if you pay for it. (There's materials to keep your gear warm in winter and cool in summer) Properly package your stuff as the wear house is not temperature controlled and i would say they need more CCTV down the corridors. The staff are amazingly approachable with any query you can imagine and are very friendly.

She took the time and effort in showing me various sizes of rooms and quick accurate answers to all my questions. Very knowlegable. GoogleSecond to none service, Stephen was so helpful in making sure I got the right size unit for the portable dance floor I was having delivered and then when buying more than I anticipated at the last minute he was happy to get his tape measure out and double check the unit still met my needs, he then transferred units for me quickly and smoothly when it was apparent my additional purchase wouldn't fit in the original one i'd reserved. Efficient, friendly service and good clean units, I would highly recommend. Stephen is an absolute credit to your company.
