GoogleJo & Ollie are both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable members of staff. Site is well maintained, storage units are kept clean. Large parking area with good turning spaces (handy if you take a trailer). The reception has packing boxes and equipment you can buy if needed. There are customer toilets. Trolleys are available to use to get your items to the unit. Good size lifts to the upper floors.

GoogleOllie and Jo were really welcoming and plenty helpful to determine what size room I needed. Ultimately ended up choosing Safestore because of these two. Couldn’t suggest anybody else but Safestore for any storage related needs.

GoogleI took a storage unit recently at SwanleySafestore and was welcomed by Mark who sorted everything for me quickly and efficiently. The unit was spacious and clean and exactly what I needed to store household items. Mark was very helpful and friendly and helped me to download and set up the app for entering the premises. Safe store also has items like bubble wrap packing boxes and blankets at very reasonable prices. I feel reassured that my belongings will be safe and secure as long as needed. To keep your items safe is also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this service. Thank you to Mark and all the team at SwanleySafestore

GooglePoor staff attitude, unclean units. Poor parking facilities, leading to a lot of heavy lifting. This was not good for my elderly friends. No help from either of the male staff.
