GoogleA coupe of months ago, I enquired about renting some storage space with Safestore Ipswich Road Colchester. I was delighted to speak to Jo who was really helpful when assessing my needs in terms of square footage of floor space. A week or so later, I decided to take a larger room, as things had changed, and again, Jo was quick to respond. Sadly, our plans had to be abandoned and I had to cancel the storage space. Again, Jo listened sympathetically, and offered to keep my details on file in case I need some space in the future. Whilst I didn't actually use the space allocated to me, I can say without doubt that if the facility was as efficient as Jo and her colleagues, there would be no need to look anywhere else! Thank you for your continued support!

GoogleJust wanted to give some feedback on this business. We needed a storage unit at short notice when we sold our house. We were let down by some friends that were supposed to be storing our stuff. We spoke up Jo who promptly managed to arrange it for us. She went above and beyond to help us. Even now when our new build is slightly delayed she’s managed to arrange something to help us out short term. I don’t often take the time to do reviews, but in this case I’m happy to make an exception. Well done to Jo at Safestore Colchester. We know where to come if we ever need another storage facility

GoogleI can't thank Nick and Jo enough for being so helpful and friendly from the moment I met them! They completely understood my situation and were extremely accommodating! I've never had to use storage space before, which was quite nerve wracking at first, but to be welcomed by such a funny and happy person (Jo) helped make the experience so much easier. I would highly recommend using SafeStore not only because I felt my belongings were secure but I feel you're guaranteed a 5 star experience! Thanks again Nick and Jo!

GoogleWe went in today to book a storage space and was met by two fantastic members of staff (Debbie was the name of one I sadly didn't get the name of the other lady) such a lovely welcome from both of them. we was shown the space which was perfect for our needs. everything was clearly explained to us and all information emailed to me. cannot fault the service we received safestore should be proud of their staff. :)....very convenient location and hours of service even on a Sunday. 5/5 x

My home contents have gone into long term storage; Jo was exceptionally helpful with the planning, logistics of moving (from long distance) and best practice for what was a seamless move into storage. She really went above and beyond to ensure my move was as ‘painless’ as possible and I am so happy I chose Safestore Colchester. Although I dealt predominately with Jo, all the team deserve a massive thank you. Highly recommended!
