GoogleWorst nightmare, chiefs. I rent storage and after 2 months price waa double. When we rented it noone told that. 300pounds in burnley for 20 squaremeter storage whentwp bedroms house rent 400? If someone ask me maybe i know storage i will tell just notthat..

GooglePrompt and professional service. They also coped with me being uncertain about when I could vacate. Very reasonable price with the incentive but pricey for long term but not as pricey as some.

GoogleThank you for a brilliant experience in general when we turned up at Safestore in Burnley.. I’ve been and used them before when they first opened and this time it was quite a hurried decision we had to make .. Nicola at the front desk was so very helpful and secured us a great price well below what we were initially quoted.. She went the extra mile for sure , as we did not know how much space we Needed initially she helped us to understand we can take out another space if we decide we Want more soon .. So very helpful and a great quick service… I highly recommend this depot for sure .. Thank you Carl

GoogleOrdered a unit at Burnley safestore. Was greeted very friendly by young man in office. He showed us to our unit which was dry clean and bright. All facility's to help move items from van or car. Trucks, wheels, lift for upper floors, good security CCTV. He stayed with us to ensure we knew how to use the fob for opening and closing the security shutters. All in all 5 starts would highly recommend Burnley safe store. Mr and Mrs lea

GoogleI needed a small amount of storage at very short notice and found Safestore Burnley really helpful and efficient. They gave me advice about the size of container I would need and then arranged for the paperwork to conveniently be completed online. The staff member who assisted me then arrived at my container to unlock it without any delay, allowing me to safely secure my belongings without fuss. I would certainly recommend Safestore Burnley for their expertise and excellent customer care - the whole process was quick and easy and I know my belongings are well looked after.

GoogleI will not be using Safestore again. Twice in one week I had to interact with the same customer service representative who was incredibly rude. I arrived at reception only to have to wait in the car for ten minutes because the door was closed. When I mentioned this she snapped back “when I am the only person on today and I have 800 customers to take of not just you”
