GoogleCalled in safestore burnley spoke with mike and nicola both was super helpfull, was with my dad who is 85 and both the staff members helped my dad so much with start to finish, will always use burnley safestore as the staff are really welcoming always smile on face with great attitude aswell, i would reccomend anyone who wants to store stuff here do check them out.

Storage is easy to access, with everything you need to keep your belongings safe, secure and dry . Fabulous facility with very helpful and efficient staff.

GoogleApproximately 6 years ago I rented a unit. All seemed fine and I was happy to rent at the time knowing I had affordable and secure 24 hour access. Obviously this review would have had 5 stars at that time. As I progressed through these years, prices have increased from £100 a month to now £430 a month. Due to work commitments I just haven't had the time to move on. Today, I find out that my 24 hour access has been removed, which due to the work life I have is just not workable for me. Looks like I'm taking a few days off to get out. Future renters beware, extortion price increases and limited access. Would not recommend any more!!
Good Morning Ian, Thank you for leaving a review. I'm delighted to hear that for number of years we provided an excellent service for you. The team in store advised that you were offered a reduction of approximately £100 pm on your contract. We have withdrawn 24hr access nationwide to customers who haven't used it. Our access records indicate you didn't. This was communicated via email to you. Safestore are open 7 days a week with access hours from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. We also provide late night access on Thursdays to 8pm.On Sundays we are open 10am to 4pm. I hope this helps explain. Best, Mandy Clarkson Regional Support Manager

GoogleJust like to say got a really great deal on two different size storage units over a several month period with a major discount. The staff are more happy to to assist with any enquiry’s and also assist with with the loading and unloading of my vehicle wen moving items in and out ther storage buildings. Overall i was very impressed with the level of professional service and security they provided throughtout my contract with them. I Highly recommend Safestore to anyone who needs safe secure storage at anytime. Big thanks to all the staff.
