GoogleI had a very bad experience the very first day I did not know how to work the lift and the person that tried to explain it to me appeared to run out of patience and hung the phone in my ear. Instead of him saying he would be right down to show me I was thinking ok he must be on his way waited about 10 mins no one came so i called back. Than some one came was not impressed with first impression. If my things wasnt already almost in I would have left.
Hi Louria, after speaking to the store I believe you spoke to our customer services rather than directly to the store the first time you called, and they would not have had the information regarding individual lifts in stores. When you did speak to a staff member, they did come to assist you. Hopefully now you have not run in to any more problems using the lift at our Poole store.

GoogleI would like to thank Jade for the wonderful customer service she provided in my hour of need.i Had had a really bad day removals guys were late a long trip from Kent to poole no sign of removal men until 15 mins before closing then found the unit I purchased wasn't big enough long story short Jade stayed until 6.45 nearly an hour past her finish time to help me out. I can't thank her enough there aren't many people in this world anymore that go above and beyond but she definitely did and I am so very grateful thank you
Our staff do like to go that extra mile for our customers, especially when things do not go to plan. Hopefully everything from that point ran smoothly and if you ever need storage again in the future, you know who to contact. Thank you for your kind words and your 5 star rating also.

GoogleVery happy with this storage unit. I wish I had used them in between my house moves instead of Titan Storage in Poole which became infested with woodlice and they didn't bother to tell me so that I could have moved my house contents out. Will definitely be using Safestore storage as and when required in future.

GoogleReally great place to store all our house contents for 6 weeks while waiting for sale to go through. Secure, dry and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a fraction of the cost of the movers storage. All round very successful.
It is always lovely to hear from customers who have had a great experience and are happy to put that in to a review based on their experience. Jade and her team are a very friendly and helpful bunch and sounds like they looked after you well.

GoogleNever used a storage facility before but I found the staff easy to deal with they were friendly and helpful I would recommend seeing the unit before booking one to make sure you choose a size for your needs The facility was in good order and I feel my belongings are safe Overall a great experience

GoogleLovely staff at the facility in Poole, friendly, informative, helpful. Storage space just as described, clean, well lit and felt easy to pop in whenever necessary. Rate for first 8 weeks great and fortunately, that's all I needed.

Thank you Ceci was patient in showing me all the spaces available until I found the size I wanted, The space in the corridors is fantastic, Great place to store your stuff.

GoogleI received great service from first contacting Safestore online to meeting the team in person to decide the size of storage required. Very polite, friendly and professional service. Now happily utilising my dedicated storage facility with easy access, useful trolleys and goods lift. In particular I would like to express my appreciation to Angie for her great assistance and friendly service in attending to my storage requirements. Thoroughly recommend Safestore Poole.

GoogleGreat service. Been thinking of getting storage for a while. They always answered emails but never chased or spammed me. Alex was amazing showing us the different sized spaces until we found one we liked. Highly recommended. I shopped around and definitely the best price.

GoogleWe had a very positive first time experience at Safestore Wallisdown. The female staff member who was outside when we arrived was friendly and helpful (not so much the young guy behind the desk who seemed to assume we knew what to do). The storage was well kept and easy to navigate. Good parking.
