It's a lovely work environment but the access via the App for the communal doors to the lifts on the 5th floor often do not work. Very frustrating and always means I have to wait for someone to let me in or out.

There's been a downgrade in the quality of service in the last month : dishes are not washed on a regular basis, often missing tissues in the kitchen, as well as glasses , cups , mugs, forks, spoon... A year ago, it was much better with a stronger care for customer satisfaction

Very helpful center staff.We also loved the design of the business lounge at Spaces Monument. The flexibility they offered to members are fantastic. When we had to move to another site due to unforeseen reasons, the community manager and the center staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for flexible and professional offices.

In general I am very happy working in Spaces but the only think is the cleaning is not very good in my office and some time ago I pointed it out but nothing has changed.

Your guys are great! The building is run down- the windows dont open and are broken/cant see out of some ( i own a window co and offered a deal and was told u wont consider it ) - the printers and wifi stink as well - esp the printers! You charge $$$$$ for it and it doesnt work or i went 5 months without it when someone didnt time deliver and exchange. You also need some vending machines for a candybar at least - everyone isnt coffee drinker. thx hope you take it to heart
