Worst website and IT for customer service. Staff are so nice in the Spaces offices, but the website and IT are soooooo poor. Had my account reset and now have to enter all of my company's details again. When I tried to contact the Community, and filled out the form, it says, "Something went wrong". Very bad CX.

We understand that you want your office doors to be remotely unlocked.Your centre in Surrey uses a Salto system to unlock the doors of the office spaces for better security. The office keys and locks are completely electronic under this system. Easy to book, easy to check-in and out, great staff on site and clean, tidy amenities (including WC etc.).The meeting rooms are well equipped, well maintained and sealed (little noise might come in/out, but generally speaking, one can do a conference without being disturbed by the surrounding noises). AC works well too, which isn't secondary if you need to dress up and outside is pretty hot.I'll definitely keep the place on my list of on-demand meeting rooms, thank you!

Spaceworks (previously Venture X) was the most unprofessional co-working space I have worked in. The front desk staff consistently had issues, particularly Briana. After I decided to move to another office. I kept my office until Aug 31 because of my lease agreement. I left my furniture in the office while I transitioned to my new office over a period of two month. Come to find out they took the liberty of moving all my furniture out (and damaged it) in July and staged my office - while still charging me full rent. They still have yet to respond to my multiple emails requesting a refund for the last month of my contract. I would not do business with them again.

They are just interested in talking you into a contract. When you realize the piece they gave you is wrong, they stick to their contract and you can’t do anything about it. I have signed up to meet other freelancers, but the space is full of offices for bigger companies so not only do I pay too much, the space does also not provide what they promised in their sales pitch. Stay away if you can.

Your membership allows access to up to 5 co-working Spaces per month in any of our centres worldwide. Your complaint stems from the fact that there is now a coworking membership for just the UK (excluding London) which is a fraction less per month.
