Great space!
Great space, it was a great option to settle my company's façade. Good options for meetings with clients in a very nice and cozy environment. Recommended!

A great place to work
Business facilities and room options good. Shared open spaces are well designed and functional. Modern and clean, the décor is fabulous, and nothing is out of place, which allows the mind to rest and focus well. Free tea and coffee keep you going. Great kitchen and eating area. Central location and close to transport make this space super convenient.

Avoid
Ok offices. The location I was in had run down chairs. My office reservation got cancelled last minute on the day I was supposed to use the office with no apology or offer of an alternative. Never again.
Hello Mohamed,We’re very sorry for your experience. We recognise that your booking was cancelled last minute and apologise for it. Availability is very limited in your chosen centre and there was an unfortunate double booking. The team contacted you at the time and offered an alternative solution which you declined. We are taking steps to ensure it does not happen again. Thank you again for your feedback.Best,Michelle Spire Assistant Global Customer Service at Spaces

Avoid Spaces at all cost
Update to my review (14 Nov, 2023)The city manager contacted me after this review was posted, I met with him to re-explain what the problem is (neighbouring office to us said they had raised the same problem before us many times to no avail). He said he will look into it, and when I asked what's the time frame to rectify the problem, I didn't hear back anymore. I will keep updating this review weekly as things progress (or not).---They have aggressive contracts, care little about their customers, and their offices are anything but private. You can hear everything from next door as if they are sitting next to you. Once you are trapped in a contract you have no way out no matter how miserable you are in their space.
Hi Mandana, thanks for getting in touch, although I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I have immediately escalated your comments to the relevant teams and confirmed that they are in contact with you to resolve this matter. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.Should you require further information or support in this matter, please feel free to contact your centre team who remains your key contact here. Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback.Best, Lorraine BruleGlobal Customer Service at Spaces

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid Spaces at Liverpool Street, if you are a small, hardworking sole trader or a company. I am still awaiting the return of my deposit, and it has been over a year now. Everything is in order from my side, yet no one, not even the office manager at Spaces at Liverpool Street, seems to be able to resolve this issue (which is quite shameful). It appears that they are either unwilling or powerless to assist in the return of my deposit, which is not satisfactory. Additionally, the accounts team, wherever they may be, has not responded to any of my emails. I have received automatic replies redirecting me to a portal, which is still not a satisfactory resolution and is indeed quite shameful. Regus/Spaces, being a large multi-billion-pound company, should have difficulty in refunding a deposit to a small business like mine. I have adhered to the terms and conditions and worked hard to make a living, yet they seem unwilling to abide by their own legally binding contracts (which are clearly not worthy contracts). I have signed a contract and I expect Regus/Spaces to honor the legal agreement they have in place for all of their hardworking customers who have agreed to and signed these contracts. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded after over a year. I am still expecting my deposit back from Space no one should get away with this. Can anyone with legal expertise recommend the next steps? Has anyone else experienced a similar situation and can offer advice? Please share your experience here to help other business like mine, who works with honour and integrity to avoid Space at Liverpool Street, London UK.

Legal action
Stay well clear. Lies, scams and bad practice. We first got in touch with Spaces to view an office space for November only. We made it extremely clear on multiple occasions that we only required an office for November. The sales team at Spaces made it abundantly clear that companies use Spaces for this reason all the time. “We always have companies that use our space for a single month”. We then received 2-3 calls per day, 2-3 emails per day and random calls booked into our calendar from their sales team in regard to taking the space for around 4 weeks. Constant communication. Multiple times being assured that we can take a ‘flexible space’. We finally decided to take the space on the 25th October. After a final call with their sales team who assured us that we can take the office for November only for a sum of £3,250 + VAT for a 9 person office. Once the agreement was signed we then conveniently heard nothing from Spaces or any of their team until we had been chasing them for 12 days straight. No email. No invoices. No calls. Nothing. We were supposed to move in on the 6th November. Still no communication and the salesperson who hounded us for weeks conveniently had covid. We then finally managed to speak with one of their team after calling them daily on the 9th November. The team members had no idea who we were. After some digging she managed to find our agreement and set us up on their portal. And mentioned that we needed to pay £12,000 in invoices before we could move in…“We agreed £3250+ VAT. This must be some kind of mistake?”“Nope. You have to pay for November & December with this office. You needed to give notice before November in order to not pay for December”. “So, we needed to give notice in October before our lease started, before our move in date, before anyone from the space contacted us? Without anyone to give notice to? Even though this office is a one month agreement?”“Yes. So, you need to pay today or you can’t move in”. We have now dealt with multiple people at Spaces, Peter Street. I can honestly say this is the worst experience weve had across any business, not just office space. The head of sales has admitted that they should have informed us regarding the details around this deal and shouldn't have led us to believe or misheld information. However, there is nothing they can do and we need to pay in full. We had to chase the head of sales daily for 10 days to get any kind of response. He was due to call us back everyday, x3 times a day until we got his direct number. He has been absolutely no help. Admits their wrong doing but says there's nothing we can do about it now. Only concerned about sales numbers. We’ve now had to seek legal advice and will miss out on an office space for our peak period of the year. This company has awful business practices, terrible (if any) customer service and has a huge onus on the sales process but nothing to back it up with service delivery.. The best customer service until they have you where they want you.Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other options in Manchester. Make sure you avoid all Spaces/Regus centers. There is a reason they have multiple brand names…
Hi William,I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this. You signed for an agreement with a month-to-month term and a start date of 6 November. Month-to-month agreements cannot be shorter than one full month as we need a one-month notice from the first day of any calendar month to end them.We apologise if our salesperson was sick, but you spoke to our local team on 1 and 2 November. This is when they told you about the online account so you had not “been chasing them for 12 days straight”.The head of sales also did not “admit that they should have informed us regarding the details around this deal”; this is not accurate. The salesperson gave your assistant the correct information when viewing the centre in your absence and you have never provided us with any proof that contradicting information was provided to you. I’m sorry if there was a misunderstanding while relaying the information to you but you then signed the agreement which clearly shows the notice period and applicable deposit (this information is on the front page). We find it extremely unfair to come onto such a public website with allegations of “lies, scams and bad practice” when all we have done is followed the terms that you agreed to.A member of my team has been in touch with the details.Kind regards,Michelle SpireAssistant Global Customer Service at Spaces

Don't use
Don't use. Besides being overly expensive, they trick you into getting into long contracts and say you can't come out of it. Renting office spacee with local agencies is way cheaper
Hi Solomon, I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment. We have several options on terms, products and locations to try and suit everyone’s circumstances, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its specific end date. You signed a 12 month term to take advantage of a more competitive price due to the longer commitment and therefore your account will terminate on 31 May 2024.Kind regards, Michelle SpireAssistant Global Customer Service at Spaces
